I've been into this location a couple of times hoping to find something I can't live without, but it rarely happens. Staff has been kind of 'iffy' in my experience, too. Kind of rough around the edges. The store has a good variety of merchandise; plus size section is one side of the store alone, 7-16 girls section is small, but you might find something, lots of lingerie, perfumes, lotions, other body products, shoes, jewelry, handbags and much more. Store has typically been very clean when I've stopped in, but customer service isn't great at all.

An employee came out to his car (wearing a mask! ), took his payment and coupon and gave him the hat (which was a great surprise to me!). My dad offered him a tip, but he wouldn't take it - that's how appreciative dad was. Not only did dad get to buy something on his own, but it helped him feel independent, which has been nearly impossible since this virus hit us. Thank you BBB people! I love my dad so much. Thank you for taking such great care of him!

The store manager, Tom, seems to know what I want or need before I tell him the exact details. He's very knowledgeable. This big and tall store has unique products that make you feel good about wearing them. I've always been impressed with the wide range of sizes and colors. If you can't find it here, they will order it. If there is one thing I could change, it would be to lower the prices just a tad. I can't always afford (or wish) to buy two of an item just to get a price break. Also, the hours have been cut back a little but that's easy to work around. Overall, they are doing a good job of keeping things affordable. I am a member of the Casual Male rewards program and get plenty of helpful offers. It's about the only rewards program I really value or use. I'd encourage you to sign up because of the great coupon offers. This store is awesome but again, let me say I really appreciate the friendly service. It keeps me coming back as a loyal customer.

I can never get anyone to help me and it almost seems as though they will walk away if they think you might need to ask a question. I also dont understand the whole "This item is 40% off" but it might only be on sale online OR in store but not both. The super cash is also confusing because it says you can use it on anything but there are actually a list of exclusions. I have also had several issues with customer service at this location. Making a return to the store that you bough online usually ends with 7 people helping you because no one knows what they're doing. At one point I was told that a receipt showing my return and the money I would be getting back would be emailed to me so I sat in my car and waited for the email... it never came so I had to go back in try again. The store itself is usually clean the the dressing rooms are well maintained. Its just typically a pretty frustrating shopping experience.

Their selection of vitamins and supplements is insane!! It almost felt like a GNC in that part! I like how there are signs at the top of the aisles clearly marking where things were in this section, made it easy to find homeopathic allergy remedies. Right next to the supplements is their also impressive personal care section. They have such a selection of soaps, facial care, even make-up!
