Came here this morning for some birthday supplies. Needed help with balloons, There was an employee near the front. I walked up to her to ask for help... she's taking a PERSONAL CALL using her AirPods. And she tells me to hold on and she'll help me in a few minutes. I didn't know employees are allowed to take personal calls during work hours. I waited for a few minutes but she was still on her phone. So I left and found a different location with better customer service. read more

Basic household products & snacks at budget prices. Convenience locations and hours when you want to just pick up something on a quick whim. Selections are not as wide as larger and more expensive retailers such as Target or Walmart but just basic dry goods! Still miss the old 99 Cents Only stores that these have replaced. read more

The cashier working at register 1 on 4/21/25 at 6pm was incredibly rude. Didn't even acknowledge me or say hello and spent the whole transaction talking OVER me to the other employee sitting at the bench by the front door. I will not shop here again due to how incredibly rude and disrespectful that was. read more

A dependable dollar store with no hidden price upcharges like the competitor. Clean store, but they must've gotten a shipment because they had huge boxes that they were unloading in the middle of one aisle that we needed to visit. The clerks apologized and moved them out of the way. We needed a few things on our trip to Knotts so we came here because I saw it on the way driving to Knotts. We got an 8-pack of pocket tissue, some OTC meds, a greeting card. This one had an impressive amount of seasonal (Halloween and Christmas) and crafts items (floral, stems, vases, etc.). Also had an impressive amount of Hallmark birthday greeting cards at two for a dollar. Tried looking for single large bottles of water, but only found the Crystal Geyser gallon jugs. Not many customers inside, but there were a few other people shopping here. Very convenient to the Knotts Berry Farm vicinity. I saw it on the way driving to the Knotts Berry Farm hotel. I'd rather come here than across the street to Walgreens (hardly shop there anymore). read more

There's 15 people in line. Manager Gabby, leaves one cashier to do it alone while she goes in office to SIT.. but comes out to check out one of her employees leaving for the day so she doesn't have stay in line like the rest of us!! read more

The employees here are the fucking worst and lazy. If you have no customer service and are unhappy with your job please quit. All the employees here have a stank attitude and don't want to do their job. I came in to get specific balloons which were in stock for a birthday and the employee at the register said "we already have happy birthday balloons blown up over there" I stated I didn't want the pre-blown balloons because they didn't fit the color theme and the cashier with an attitude blew up the balloons I wanted. Maybe not ALL but a lot of the employees here lack basic customer service skills. I'll go to the one on Dale/La Palma from now on, better service. read more

Dollar Tree stores are cool. They carry a large variety of products at low prices. Can find many brand items as well at much lower prices than grocery stores. We stopped by to pick up a few things. Everything was easy to find cause the store was well organized. Still, I prefer other Dollar Tree stores to this one. Maybe they were saving electricity, but there were a couple of areas of the store which were not well lit. Either the light bulbs needed replacing or they just kept them turned off. I needed some frames to display some signs on my wedding and I found the perfect sizes and color here! The store well stocked and clean. I went early in the morning and it was a little busy. I found everything I needed and left. The line to check out was a little long because there was only one employee working at that time but she did her best to get the line going. The Dollar Tree has an extensive and comprehensive amount of products for the price titled. Most all of them are of name brands and the cost you pay is very much a benefit to you and all. It is truly a resource with what you need, how you need it, and when you need it. Along with what I stated, during the holiday seasons, they have items that adhere to them. Today, I went in the store and found a variety of Valentine gifts which I purchased with and for in a loving manner. Plus, I have seen true Saint Patrick, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas celebration items that are very nice for only a dollar each!! The bottomline regarding Dollar Tree is this: For what you buy, the prices are only a dollar but in any other venue, they are far more. With what you pay there (as compared to other stores), the price of Dollar Tree is nearly free!! As a retired teacher and educator, I would grade them with an A+!! read more

Zero stars! The worst customer service from the employee working right now. Her nametag was Sam something. Shes ratch and wouldn't even let me run in to grab one thing and kicked me out. Shes so rude and absolutely lost revenue for this location while making my entire trip here a complete waste of my time and money. This location was opened not too long ago. The place is a bit smaller than usual Dollar Tree stores. It's very neat and clean on the inside. Everything is nicely organized. Not a big selection on food. They have restrooms in the back right hand corner. The cashier (Ariana) was very sweet and efficient. It's closer to my house than the one on La Palma so I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I've always liked this Dollar Tree. The people who work here are some of the friendliest people I've seen. Specifically, on 12/09/17 at night time, there was a lady named Jennifer (I think) working at the register. She was very friendly to person in front of me and the guy was trying to abuse that kindness to try and repeatedly hit on her even after being told she is unavailable. She handled the situation very professionally while remaining kind to the customer. I think she deserves to be commended for that. If that had happened to someone I know I don't think I'd be able to keep the same professional composure that she had. read more
