I paid upfront for the dishwasher and was told it would be delivered Friday. Friday came and I had not heard from them so I called to verify they were still coming- was told by Brandon the dishwasher came in late, they were testing right then and that it was damaged and needed a new front panel. Brandon proceeded to tell me they could bring me the dishwasher and would swap the panel later- that didn't work for me as I did not want to accept the damaged dishwasher and my kitchen was under construction so we could not install it that day anyway so we would wait until it was complete and 100%. I was given no update as to how long to get part or when it could be delivered. I spoke with my husband later and we decided this would not work for us. I called today to tell Brandon we did not want the dishwasher as that was not what we signed up for- damaged, waiting on parts etc (had I know this was the case from the beginning would not have purchased). Brandon got hostile on the phone with me and said I could not and would not get a refund as I initialed the invoice no refunds, wanted to yell in the phone and argue about it! Why? I thought there were so many people who wanted to buy it why not just refund my money and sell it to someone else once you fix it? I don't want to buy a dishwasher that needs fixing- I never did. falsely represented the item and not disclosing it was damaged and now are mad I didn't want it anyway. I have disputed this with my credit card company. Sad to run a business this way- after reading other reviews it looks like I'm not the only one that's had this kind of problems.

The veggies including broccoli tend to be meh; the reason is that everything is straight from the carton without trimming. No hate, just the facts. That is how they keep the cost low. I go elsewhere for veggie greens (except salad lettuce). As for bulk foods, this area is a treasure trove - great selection, good prices, and tends to have good turnaround so the products are fresh. For this most recent first visit to the Everett location, I finally noticed how they label their 'sale' items. Look for green 'Extra Savings' signs. They don't stand out and are not visually eye-catching. Things are simply there in seemingly extra volume. I scored a liter size bottle of Valentina hot sauce for only $2.68. Starkist tuna cans were on sale for $0.88, lower than the typical grocery store sale of $0.99, plus they had the low sodium version in stock. We bought a case of 24. Anyway, go for the prices; don't expect service or ambiance. Winco can be the best. Oh, and they open 24 hours! BUT, no credit cards. Debit, EBT, or cash only.

It takes up at least a quarter of the entire store. You could legitimately get lost in there and start a new life among the quinoa and gummy bears. There was a line for the register so long it was half way down one of the isles and there was only one lane open while all the workers were laughing and talking with each other at the front not opening a lane. The managers came from out the back and even looked at the big line of people and didn't try to open another lane she was an old lady with white hair. Maybe it's time for the nursing home if you're not going to work!! And there was these Mexican girls at the front doing everything but helping or working or restocking anything. I pray no one goes to this store and the higher management above this store comes and fires the whole staff and fixes it up. All those workers need to go on disability already you can tell that's there only other option then working here with how smart they were.
