Be sure to take a peak upstairs too for even bigger discounts! And don't forget the clothes--they are always priced well. The staff always goes above and beyond. Once we were in for a sectional I had seen online, but it was sold by the time we came in. Someone asked if we needed help and I figured why not see if there was another available. We told him we were interested in a leather sectional--he went to the back and pulled so many options for us. We found the one we wanted and were thrilled! Had he not been so willing to help we would have left without our lovely sectional. We have also found counter stools, pet items, light fixtures, rugs and garden tools that we couldn't pass up. However, recently I noticed that the price difference is negligible and you are essentially paying almost the same amount as if you were buying it at Walmart /Amazon /Costco. I rather pay one or two percent more and buy directly from Amazon/ Costco so I can get warranty, get it shipped to my doorstep, and make use of the return policy. I paid upfront for the dishwasher and was told it would be delivered Friday. Friday came and I had not heard from them so I called to verify they were still coming- was told by Brandon the dishwasher came in late, they were testing right then and that it was damaged and needed a new front panel. Brandon proceeded to tell me they could bring me the dishwasher and would swap the panel later- that didn't work for me as I did not want to accept the damaged dishwasher and my kitchen was under construction so we could not install it that day anyway so we would wait until it was complete and 100%. I was given no update as to how long to get part or when it could be delivered. I spoke with my husband later and we decided this would not work for us. I called today to tell Brandon we did not want the dishwasher as that was not what we signed up for- damaged, waiting on parts etc (had I know this was the case from the beginning would not have purchased). Brandon got hostile on the phone with me and said I could not and would not get a refund as I initialed the invoice no refunds, wanted to yell in the phone and argue about it! Why? I thought there were so many people who wanted to buy it why not just refund my money and sell it to someone else once you fix it? I don't want to buy a dishwasher that needs fixing- I never did. falsely represented the item and not disclosing it was damaged and now are mad I didn't want it anyway. I have disputed this with my credit card company. Sad to run a business this way- after reading other reviews it looks like I'm not the only one that's had this kind of problems.

Before I left I told the sales person that people like old Lance just need to not be in public & that person also agreed with me, but told me Lances schedule so I could avoid him if I ever came back. Lance, you're a miserable, angry old man who thinks a little western store is a special place, but I found the exact hat on Amazon!!! Guess what, it wasn't any more that you charged me for it, even though you told me you should have charged me more!!!!
