I have had many surgeries and I face more in the next year due to health issues. Because of this, we need to change from an adjustable bed to an adjustable split frame, (each side adjusted independently of the other). Brett Marrow the store manager, helped us. I contacted Chris, the Manager of my local store, to ask that he have the Area Manager contact me. He was rude and abrasive, ended up telling me this was a different department, and hung up the phone. A few days later, I went in and introduced myself to him. He walked away. After a very brief discussion, I walked back out the door, with Chris stating to call the news he needed the foot traffic. Attached are the pics of the $6000 chair that Mattress Firm delivered to me. Oh yea, they left my home with the chair in pieces and not working.
