I know of this store existence since I've moved to Bonney Lake. It's a specialized shoe store, so this isn't DICK'S Sporting Goods Store. The sales associates will actually greet you and assist you if you need to fit any of their shoes. Don't get me wrong... if you're an avid runner and / or need great walking shoes, you should just open up your wallet in order to protect your feet and to feel good while exercising, you know? Let's just say I've gotten heck great deals on the merchandise. I've purchased a pair of Brooks Ghost Running shoes for 40% off, and other running gears for 50-65% off. It's A DEAL! I'm coming back there today in order to get couple more stuff before they'd end their sales event.

So my wife decided to read the back of the packet of the treats. Turns out that they were expired. November 2025. I tried going into Walmart and letting them know about this, all they did was take down my phone number and tell me that I was going to get a call. Three days have passed and still complete silence. In my book, this is unacceptable. I feel bad for my puppy, but I also feel bad for us. It is not a easy task keeping up with this guy when he can't control his bowels.

I would like to share some concerns about my experiences in the optical department. On several…read moreoccasions, my interactions with Rochelle have felt unhelpful and, many times, passive-aggressive. I've left multiple conversations feeling frustrated, discouraged, and without the information I needed to make informed decisions. In my most recent visit, I explained to Rochelle that my husband had purchased my glasses as a Christmas gift and that I wasn't completely sure if they were bought at Costco, but it was very likely. Earlier that day, I had called and spoken with someone in the optical department who advised me that there were options available either they could look up proof of purchase through my membership or I could pay a fee to have my prescription added to my current eyewear. When I came in later that evening, Rochelle was the only person available. After I explained the situation, her response was extremely rude and implied I was lying. When I asked what my options were, I was told that I did not have any. I shared that I had already spoken with someone earlier and did not appreciate feeling like information was being withheld. I then asked to speak with a manager. A young man that was manager came over shortly after, he said he was unsure how to handle the situation. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and defeated, and decided to leave. Because this has happened more than once with Rochelle, I've started to feel uncomfortable seeking services there, as I worry about having another negative interactions. I value clear, respectful communication and would really appreciate a more supportive and consistent experience moving forward. The store overall is a good experience definitely room for improvement in customer service all around with workers and improvement on better quality items.

At checkout the sprinkler heads would not "ring up", although the print out from their web site (which I had printed off and brought with me), showed the price. So I had the product (which was located on their shelf), and had verification of price, which matched their website. Yet they refused to sell me the product... (Interesting business model). Once I got home, I researched the reasons for this to happen; only to realize that those products are basically illegal to sell in the State of Washington under the guidelines of HB1444, which states that sprinkler heads manufactured prior to "January 1, 2021" cannot be used. So this product has obviously been sitting on their shelves for over two and a half years! Makes you wonder what other products in this store are well past its use?

We've always preferred Lowe's to Home Depot until now! When I checked with Lowe's they assured me a refund had been requested. When our credit card did not show a refund after 10 days I called Lowe's and they said the refund would be issued after the company received the oven back! I called and finally got someone who said the information we received was not correct and a refund had not been requested. We finally received our refund after multiple calls. Really disappointing how it was handled and I'll never buy anything from Lowe's again.

We needed outdoor solar shades on our west facing deck and patio areas due to heat gain in the summer. Dusty knew the product and helped us select the right amount of protection. When the shades came in Shad installed them. Both experiences were not only seamless but quite pleasant. These guys were easy to have around and were efficient and friendly. Shad educated me on how the remote controls worked, and on ways to used these shades even in the winter to improve our outdoor living experience. We are delighted with the outcome and would recommend Budget Blinds of Bonney Lake without hesitation.
