Today I witnessed the store employee screaming and yelling across the store at a woman who had a…read moredog. I guess she said it's a service dog, but the employee would not believe her. The employee was way in the back screaming to call police because the woman would not leave. The screaming and yelling continued as they made their way to the front. The lady with the dog said you should not treat me like this and the manager said she can and will. I have worked in retail for many years before becoming a teacher and this behavior was reprehensible. The manager was so abusive. I have shopped here for years but will never step foot in the store again. Shame on you!

Went in to get skin glue and a couple other random items I saw in store, there was a couple with a…read morelong line of items and I had cold drinks in my hands. I walked over to a random aisle to get the drinks down since my hands were freezing and to see if i really needed everything I grabbed when a female employee old with blond hair that looked like a wig walked by and started making small talk. She offered to put my stuff in a random basket she had, i said "thank you you're the best" she then mumbled "better than having someone steal stuff" under her breath and then try's to change the subject to a dumb tv show after i said "i wasn't going to steal anything i was putting my stuff down because my hands were cold". Absolutely disgusting behavior and comments from her.

I didn't find one, but I did find some other interesting stuff. mostly just random things that I could get a better price on there than that the regular store like the body wash I use as well as some shampoo that is the same brand. I normally use but mark down. They are currently loaded up with holiday stock, including lots of different gifts sets and such. Overall, it was just really chaotic and it seemed like the staff was very overwhelmed. The cashier that I had charged me for something I didn't want and luckily I noticed so we were able to take care of it right then and there but she seemed to be struggling.

The trick in shopping at Marshalls is to find out when they schedule their restocking; if you go right after the new merchandise arrives you'll be able to get 1st crack at all the best new selections :-) When you figure what you want and they have it in the right size, you'll end up with deals that are sometimes good enough to justify the time and trouble you'll have to take to find them ;-)

This store is as organized as a HomeGoods can be, there's always a funky assortment of products but they really try to keep it organized and nice- the employees are super helpful too. I ended up walking out with over $200 worth of products and was sooo satisfied! The girls helped us to our car to load up a large lamp I bought which I really appreciated it!!
