March 10th, I visited your store at 3400 Calle Cuervo NW in Albuquerque. I wanted to recognize the Cashier #815845 (I forgot to ask her name) and Dayton. I purchased a large ceramic planter and needed assistance with getting it to the cashier. With a friendly greeting Dayton asked if I needed assistance of which I did. Once at the register I attempted to use some gift cards unknown to me these days you have to activate them before use. The cashier was extremely patient, kind and friendly. Dayton assisted with getting the planter into my car and what a delight he was. Both the cashier and Dayton made my shopping experience very enjoyable. We went there lastnight the 12th of Nov. to buy some throw pillows. The check out girl Lindsey (but she spelled it some ghetto way) was so rude. She asked if I wanted to apply for the credit card I politely declined. She blank stared me and hit me with a non stop barrage of forcing me to get this credit card. She wouldn't take no for an answer. She repeatedly got more mad each time I said no thank you until I had to have my wife continue with the transaction. Since moving to Abq we understand that NM is 50th in everything especially education and run into these kind of aggressive persistent people all the time. But come on this girl was too much. She definitely needs to be fired asap. read more

Always a pleasure to stop by this store! My other half and I did the rounds yesterday to purchase Christmas items and left here happy. Currently, we have supply chain issues all over. And At Home seems to be suffering. Every time in the past two months or so we've only seen a scattering of Holiday items. But as we come back after a week or two they add more and more. I've found loads of goods to take home and fill out what we have on hand already. Prices are decent and I usually find something I haven't found elsewhere. Went to look for thanksgiving decor since it was so scarce because Christmas has already taken over! But they had more than most and with a discount. On my way out I finally had found something that caught my eye! The sweet lady working the register was so friendly and helped me find something that went with it and with it not having a tag, went online found the item! She was so helpful! I had a very unpleasant experience today at AT HOME in Albuquerque at Lomas and Eubank. I found an item that I was interested in that had an over price placed over the original price. The original price was $119 the price they put over it was $139. It was in the 50% clearance area and had some pretty significant damage to it. I felt that I could probably fix the damage so I wanted to go ahead and buy it. When I got up to the cashier, I requested that she ask the manager if they would offer any more off since there was significant damage to the item. The cashier asked over a walkie Talkie type of device. The manager replied "I would rather throw it away, then give her anything else off of it". Very rude and disrespectful. I cannot recommend going to this store. She only needed to reply "no, we cannot give any more off of the price" instead of being so NASTY. read more

Having purchased a larger home, I have been given they great and powerful responsibility of populating more space with more stuff. The At home store is a GREAT place for doing just that. Take your time. This place his huge. Most of the furniture is one of a kind so you have to really spend time taking a look and everything. On this particular trip I purchased 3 solid wood stools that look amazing in my kitchen at the breakfast bar, 2 night stands for my master bedroom, several organization items such as trash cans, spice racks, tooth brush holders... When the Spring rolls around, I will be back to take a look at there out door furniture and such. The prices were extremely reasonable. read more

I had never been to an At Home store and I can't say I will ever go back. Things they have going for them. Lots of stuff decently priced. Things not going for them. Horribly disorganized... it was a nightmare, items shoved all over the shelves. Items in the wrong place. Lots of broken Merchandise... it was hard to look at things and I was terrified I was gonna break something in the process of trying to look at something that had a bunch of things shoved on top.. Prices are ok but somethings I saw there I've also seen at TJ Maxx for cheaper and easier access. For someone who is organized and likes organization, this store will make you go crazy and want to organize it or make you want to leave. Not impressed. read more

This store was neat when it opened, but it's slipped badly. The place is a mess. I'm hoping they start to take more care. Stuff everywhere, employees were rude, has a "going out of business" feel, even though the store isn't closing. We couldn't get down half the aisles with a shopping cart because stuff was everywhere. Looking for chair cushions in the middle of winter, so didn't expect to find much, but was pleasantly surprised. There was quite a good selection of colors and patterns available and we quickly found what we were looking for. We wandered around for a bit to see if anything else caught our eye that we needed and we ended up with a glass fishing float and a mini-spatula. When we got up to the register, there was a bit of a line, but the two check out clerks were efficient and friendly and the line moved quickly, so all in all a pleasant experience. read more

This is one of my favorite go to stores for home furnishings. This store is massive and you can get lost in here for hours, talk about a perfect store to social distance in. At first glance there items can be a little expensive but things always seem to be on sale so keep your eye out for the sales:) I didn't give this business 5 stars because the restroom, the women's, always seems to be dirty and could use some cleaning. I had not ever been into this store. I was pleasantly surprised at how many items were available for purchase and at great prices. We selected a few items for my daughter's dorm room and everything was super affordable! They offer so many choices for wall decorations and canvas style artwork. The mirrors and clocks were unique and in all different sizes! Literally, you can find stuff for every room in your house or office! The furniture is different and "fun." Yet they simply ignore the suggestion, and continue to bang their heads against the issue while a huge line is stacking up behind me. The store was very clean and very organized and the people working there were very friendly. I was asked a few times by a few different people if I needed any help. This place sucks. I was in there today and looking for a couple certain things. Found what I was looking for with no prices on anything. Made 2 laps around that big store looking for any employee to price it for me. Never found anyone. Finally went up to the register and asked the 2 working if there were any employee in the store besides the 2 of them. Neither one of them answered me, they just took the item I was needing a price on and tried looking for a price even though I told them both that nothing was priced. Then they called for someone to meet me back over by the section I was needing help in and described what I was wearing so they could find me. After waiting for another 10 minutes and finding something else I wanted (that also wasn't priced) nobody ever came to give me any help. I ended up walking out and leaving without purchasing what I went in there for. Even walked right past the 2 at the registers and neither one of them asked if I got the help I was looking for or anything. Didn't even say a word to me. I'll never go back in to this store again. And it's a shame since I'm practically remodeling my home and would've spent ALOT of money in there. read more

So much so that it's overwhelming -- it took me 15 minutes to pick out a lamp shade because there were so many choices. I have come here quite a few times in the past few months after buying a new house. Disappointed that inventory doesn't change very frequently nor get updated. Did find a bench today that we liked but had several deep scratches and no others in stock. Spoke to the manager to see if there were any options but we were not given any options for a discount or to even check in the back or future shipments to see if they were getting more. Went and bought a gift card to give to my sister, she went to use it and it declined, zero balance. Needless to say it was very embarrassing. I took the receipt along with the card and told the cashier, her response was this has happened before and continued or say it a couple of times. They called for a guy named Josh, not sure what his position is, but there was nothing he could do. All he could say is, " it's a IT issue and only the store manager can help, she's gone for the day." This is very concerning to me, if this has happen before, is there a prevention so it doesn't happen again? To continue to blame IT, does that put our information at risk? Not impressed. read more
