The turnover is quick, so it's worth visiting often to see all the new goodies. And if you like something, BUY IT, because odds are someone else will like it too and it won't be there on the next visit. This is also a great place for those who wish to consign furniture or decorative items, so call the store and ask for Carol, she's awesome!!

The colors are vibrant. Their products have been good quality. And they are mostly affordable. I love their metal cacti lawn ornaments, from Mexico. Pottery (10% off) and ristras (20% off) also made in Mexico. This place always has other unique gifts too... "tortilla" coasters. LED chili pepper lights. Blue Q coin purses. Plants - including the variegated string of pearls of which I may soon be convicted of botanical homicide. It's not looking good and I am incredibly sad about that. Someday I would love to have a "root coffee table" from here. I have seen them at other places, but I really like Jackalope's.

The order (chair) took longer than expected (supply issues they couldn't control, so I was okay with the delay) but then when it arrived, it wasn't correct (I wasn't okay with that!!). The design associate didn't input the order correctly. I was offered a 20% discount or to have the chair reordered. After a bit of a think, I asked to have it reordered. Really didn't want to wait another 10 months (or even one month), but I wanted the chair I ordered, not someone's mistake. Turns out, the primary fabric was no longer available so a complete replacement was no longer an option. After a bit of back & forth, they had a local upholstery shop fix it since the secondary fabric still available. It arrived today and it's beautiful, exactly what I wanted, ordered, and waited 14 months to receive! I give the chair 5 stars and the design associate 4 stars, so really a 4.5 overall. I'll purchase from Ethan Allen again, but not sure if I'll shop this same store.
