But, if it had a red mark, that means you buy one, get two more free. At least that's what I think the game was. The patron knew it all. She was an arithmetic savant, crunching discounts and combination right before your very eyes. And she'd catch things that you missed. You thought that Chick-O-Stick was buy one get one free, but it was actually buy any candy bar, get two additionally of any variety of equal or lesser value. She just saved you 40 cents and you didn't even know it. And everything is a little off. A dent here, overstocked here, a crack there. But, it's all in tact and every piece accounted for. Paula, the current owner is so friendly, she is a pleasure to deal with. She has a very discerning eye, so everything is in great condition or new or like new. I love shopping consignment because there are so many one-of-a-kind items. She carries women's & Mens (!) clothes, jewelry, shoes, handbags, accessories, & some housewares, art & books. She recently revamped the store so it's easy to find the areas you are interested in. I love that the men have their own cozy room. Everyone in there, from the staff to the customers are so friendly, I sometimes feel like it's like a neighborhood pub, without the drinks.
