I just left there and when I couldn't get Apple Pay to work the woman that was ringing me out was very rude about it the other woman that was there was trying to be helpful but the cashier I was at acted like she couldn't be bothered to even try and help me figure it out. She was very very rude. I just left and they can put the stuff back I will not be doing business here again! And I know there Apple Pay works because I've done it there before!! read more

Love Dollar Tree! Can't beat all the great finds there. However, the store in Green Ohio on Arlington Ridge is one I will not visit again based on my experience on 12/15/20 with the cashier Judy. Apparently Judy needs to consider a different job that does NOT entail working with the public! She was extremely rude to me and had an issue with doing her job by telling me that I was having a bad day? All because she had a problem with taking products and scanning them from one of THEIR handheld shopping baskets that you can just set on the register belt. She insisted that I remove them and when asked why her response was that "I" was having a bad day? She could not give me a valid reason other than her response being "because"? I canceled the 2nd order I had sitting on the belt and only took the order that I did because they were items for my 92 year old mother that's in the nursing home just down the way. read more

Rude staff. I needed some "personal care" items and when I asked to double bag my purchase in order to conceal the item from being seen in order to spare myself potential embarrassment, the cashier refused and had an attitude with me when I asked nicely a second time. I just left this store and it was my first and my last time walking in. I came to get balloon's for my sister's birthday and there was a sign on the door that said "Sorry. We're out of helium." but I decided to go in anyways to double check, just in case they forgot to take the sign down and got a shipment in. I go to the old woman with white hair at the first register and asked if they could do balloons and she rolls her eyes and says "We ain't got no helium." A simple "No. I'm sorry. We are still out of helium." would've done just fine... read more
