Ended up pushing the button for service. This has been happening for the last year. Not trying to complain, but it's a hassle getting reminded my prescriptions are ready but having the time to wait in the store or the drive through. This poor girl is running three kiosk locations and the drive through. My costs don't go down, but service has really been bad for a while.

Conveniently located right off the highway, this place features everything that you can expect from a Walmart. Plenty of great stuff was on sale as the Christmas stuff was already on sale and they had some New Year's items. Fair selection of food. The check out line was very long but the bathrooms were modest for the most part. All in all it was a average Walmart experience.

Talked to him over the phone and in-person, just a genuine and caring person. This feel reminds me of when small pharmacies knew everybody in town and didn't just treat them as a "stranger". Dan was talking to somebody about a recent procedure a customer had and asked how they were. When I was picking up the prescription, he was talking to another customer about their husband. This Pharmacy isn't far from us, I may just consider moving my family's scripts to this Walgreens just to benefit from this care and service.

I have been to this MinuteClinic about 5 times already, for sports physicals and my kids illness. My current doctor (who is totally awesome) is pretty far and I was pretty sick, so I just did not feel up to the drive, That is why I ran up to the Northfield CVS Minute Clinic. The wait was not long considering I was 4th in line, but I took that opportunity to shop around. Once my turn was up, the exam was thorough and the Nurse Practitioner was very nice and she remembered me and my kids. Once I was finished with my exam, she emailed my prescription and it was waiting for me five feet away at the pharmacy, I just picked it up and went home. If your wondering, the MinuteClinic took my insurance too. I just sent my niece up there as well. This is just a convenience and when your sick, you can just walk in during their hours, no appointment necessary.. Now here is the most interesting part, the Nurse Practitioner , Lauren, called me three days later to see how I was doing.. Great Convenience and you feel really cared for!

The drive thru pharmacy is lowest priority. I imagine they make sure the store is swept, mopped and dusted before they address anyone in the drive thru. During one visit, I was the first and only car. I waited. And I waited. And I honked the horn and waited some more. At this point I got so frustrated I called the 800 number, and filed a complaint. All while still waiting. Most recently, I brought in a paper prescription for eye drops. The pharmacy "auto-corrected" the prescription for ear drops and charged me $30 (vs the normal $6). I spoke with a manager and she stated there was "nothing she could do but ya know..." (Quoting here.) I responded, "no, I don't know please explain." Overall just a nightmare. I think it's time to stop making excuses for this poorly ran establishment and move our prescriptions to another pharmacy.
