Kiana at The Plumb Lane branch was excellent. My application didn't show up from my online request, but she was able to do it over the phone, quickly, efficiently, and with a pleasant personality that made me feel very comfortable. Great customer service! read more

This is just s personsal observation. Most people who need a loan is for longer time than a week. If Dollar Loan Center really wants to help people during this inflation time give borrowers a month free of interest including those who are returning customers. Inflation affects all customers not just new ones! One week of interest free is just cheap business considering the interest rate they charge. And the money they make off borrowers. If they want to really help then help. Not throw out a bread crumb to drum up more borrowers! read more

Excellent service of Alexis. She is kind and courteous and really very helpful. She is polite and has smiling face.

So in the end I had to work to get my money back, the day after DLC responded to my original post I attempted to call the number they left. On the phone I was told that they would talk to their supervisor and I would get a call back. Well after 3 weeks and no word, I called the 800 number again. After a very long hold they answered the phone and the agent said yes they see that I called and nothing was done. That they will get the regional manager to contact me. The following day the regional manager did call from the office I took the loan out, to tell me my refund check was on the way. Sure enough I got it. Funny after I was told there was no way to fix this from the same office. Interesting. read more

Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The lady Alondra in the middle desk is an unprofessional employee. When i walked in she rudely asked what I was in for while helping a costumer then told me it would take awhile when there was only one person in the store. After that she proceeded to make me wait for about 30 minutes and helped two costumers that came in after me and then finally tells me to fill out an application on the kisok. She has no costumer service skills and made snarky comments as I was leaving. read more

Dollar Loan Center - Installment Loans Near Me - Reno, Nevada

Ashley at the DLC in Reno was so friendly and so helpful. I appreciate the ease of obtaining the money I needed and the availability to pay it off as I need. Thanks Ashley! read more

Came today to make a payment the young man helping me was really nice but the manager I'm assuming came over and rudely asked me "why exactly can't you make your full payment today?" It's like my first time missing a payment also covid is around cutting everyone's hours so there's no need for anyone to be nasty. Usually the staff is nice. read more

Angelina was really nice and I appreciate her help especially through these times she was amazing and explained everything very throughly thank you read more

I received a 1 week no interest offer in the mail. I go to the office in Reno to get the loan, the contract the agent printed showed full interest. The manager refused to print a contract reflecting the 1 week no interest. Someone else who really needs a loan would have been suckered by this bait and switch tactic. read more

This morning, I showed up at 8:57am as this store doesn't open until 9am. Waited and waited. No one opened the doors. I waited until 9:07 in the freezing snow and finally left. Came back at 10am and they were open. I walked in, was asked how I could be helped. Told them I wanted to pay off the loan. I told the girl who waited on me that I was here at 9am and she said, oh yes, we saw you - they were sitting in their cars. I couldn't believe my ears. She didn't apologize, apparently it's okay with her to not open the doors at 9am, it's okay to leave customers standing in the freezing snow. Plus, when I get my loan, I'm asked why I need it. Is that appropriate? I doubt I will ever go back there if I need a loan in the future. read more

The girl that helped us was nice but the supervisor who's name is Diana or manager, whatever she was, was a complete .. jerk. She walked back and forth correcting the rest of the employees which rubs everyone else the wrong way including the employees and makes it awkward for everybody and it's just plain rude. The little time we sat there people would call and as soon and they would hang up she'd make unprofessional comments to herself regarding whoever called. Avoid the plumb location if you want to avoid a headache. The rest of the employees were nice so that sucks. read more

Great place with a lower interest rate then most. Girls are very nice and they're flexible on payments, if need be.

Came in to this place to get a loan because I was falling behind on bills. Most of the people working here are professional and kind. Dylan helped process my loan and gave me outstanding customer service. Which would of got 5 stars however, there is a lady working by the name of Yadira. She seemed to be upset and gave Dylan a hard when he asked for helped processing my application. She gave him attitude in front of me then proceeded to be mean to me the customer. Poor Dylan has to work with this lady. The company should really evaluate if Yadira is a good fit for this company for she is giving bad customer service. She ruined my experience. Thank you Dylan for be a true professional. read more

Worst experience I've had. I got the run around from multiple employees who all seemed like they'd rather not be there so if you need a loan or anything like that I strongly recommend just going to Moneytree they're much nicer and helpful. Yea read more

I got approved for a loan but since my job pays for my cell phone and I did not have a bill for that they would not let me have the 300.00 loan that i was approved for. Let them know I have other bills that is in my name for prof but would not accept it. this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. read more

I applied on line and then went to this place. They said I was preapproved and to come back with my check stubs. I went back the next day I had to wait my turn. Then After being there with the lady for 45 minutes waiting while she processed everything only to hear her say: I'm sorry we can't give you a loan. I was so mad I wanted to scream thanks for wasting my time. She kept stopping to go help people at the drive up. Horrible customer service!!! read more

Never had a problem with DLC but, today!!! yup! First, I sent an online request for the funds available to me. By noon no one got back to me. Then within an hour I get 4 calls from the same rep, to sign docs. There were no docs to sign in my account. So they had me come in to the office. I get there, I stood out in the wind and rain, they door was closed but, there were 4 representative sitting at their desk. I knocked and pulled/pushed door it was locked. So, I called while standing in the wind and rain and the girl answered. I asked if they are open, she said use the other door. I was annoyed, told her no where out here has a sign to use other door. So, I drove around to the open door. I was upset and told them to put a sign on the door so, people don't stand out in the cold. She didn't even acknowledge or apologize. All of them had stink attitudes, no acknowledgements, no eye contacts, just frown workers. read more

Don't ever go to Dollar Loan Center for a loan!! You'll get a better interest rate and will deal with nicer people dealing with a LOAN SHARK!! I dealt with Dollar many times over the years, paid everything back on time, etc. They don't care if you're a former customer with a perfect pay record, etc. I finally learned my lesson!! read more
