Todd and Sean worked together like moving ballet. . . so smoothly and with great memory of what the items were and their purpose. The fees were much more reasonable than other two other companies I'd called. The response and follow-up by Casey and Larry was impressive as well. Moving can be quite stressful, but I felt more confident working with Kingsley, which made my move feel like a pleasure!

It is not a true furniture store and you're definitely rolling the dice with the kind of service you'll receive, not to mention the furniture. They certainly seem to operate with the fly-by-night business model. Their Livonia warehouse looks like a total dive. My wife and I ordered furniture back in March of 2013, and and as of October 2013 we have not received the completed set. They stopped returning calls and e-mails. I had to actually drive to the store only to be given the run-around again. We'll be taking legal action shortly. I'd venture a guess the few positive review on here are from friends and family members of the owners.

These people are CROOKS Do not order from them!…read more I have never felt compelled to right a review before, but my experience with Jugo has been so terrible I feel like I need to warn others. I ordered a couch from Jugo on April 7, 2013. I spoke with Georg, the owner, the next day and he confirmed the item was in stock and that it would ship within 10 days. Over the course of the next several weeks I was given several expected arrival dates by Georg but the couch never showed up. After a long and frustrating experience trying to track it down, I finally moved to cancel my order on May 8. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 business days. 1 week later, I still had not received a refund. I was told by Georg that it was just processed and would be available within 2 more business days. It is now May 23 and I have still not received a reimbursement nor have I received any further communication from Georg. Working with Jugo has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get refunded. I have email documentation of this entire terrible experience. It is unfortunate that people like Jugo take advantage of consumers. They owe my over $2K.

Recently, I asked him to design a charm that looked like Chicago's "The Bean" sculpture. I live in Chicago and could not find any jeweler that had one or could find one for me, so I reached out to Stephen. He retrieved the exact dimensions of the Bean off the internet to get an accurate scale and sent me several wax castings to choose from. He helped me pick the one that would look best with all the other charms, checked all the charms on my bracelet to make sure the jump rings were soldered, and polished the entire bracelet before sending it back to me.
