Phenomenal. The communication was transparent; I knew exactly what to expect, I was given a prompt response & I was scheduled for a move with only 5 days notice. I've utilized their services for 2 moves now, and if I or anyone I know ever need anything in the future, Kingsley will be my first (and likely only) call. I spoke with Casey for scheduling both moves - he was cheerful & accommodating & did not waste any time making sure they could help with what I needed. For my recent move, though, I could not possibly say enough for my movers. Rodney W & Brice S - absolutely amazing. They were fast, efficient & took care of my belongings, while still being personable & friendly. It was like having friends over helping me move (but I didn't have to feed them!); they made a very stressful situation smooth itself out & it was a tremendous relief. I could not be happier with Rodney & Brice; will definitely request them specifically for any other needs. read more

Kingsley Moving Systems did a fantastic job with an unusual situation. We had a family at our elementary school lose everything in a house fire. We were able to secure donations of quite a bit of furniture from the school and larger communities, and contacted local moving companies to see if they could help collect it. Brian Kingsley responded quickly (the only company to respond, in fact) and offered to help. The two movers showed up promptly, were friendly, courteous, professional, and worked well together as a team. They made six stops to gather a number of large items and ended up putting in six hours total, remaining cheerful and positive even when there were a few hiccups. In talking with other school families, we learned that a number of them had also used Kingsley and everyone had been very happy. We're grateful for all they did to help our school family, and would definitely recommend them! read more

This Company was wonderful. From the initial contact call (Casey) and (Tod) who are the Managers are so knowledgeable and helpful. Extremely patient, takes time to really listen to your concerns. Now to the movers themselves (Rodney W & Sterling N ) These two dynamic duos are great workers. Polite and curious beyond belief. Super respectful of your belongings and so efficient in the way they pack and work as a team. We had a plant that we couldn't transport, well they offered to not only pack it but to take it out of the moving truck overnight so it would survive the heat from the moving truck !!!!! Im happy to say the plant survived. Rodney and Sterling are definitely going above and beyond their job requirements! Good people who are dedicated to their job are hard to find these days. Great Experience ! read more

This is the 3rd time I've used Kingsley Moving Systems and was pleased each time. I had 2 weeks to empty mom's apartment after she passed suddenly over the holidays and I was stressed big time, unsure what I'd need or timing. Todd and Brian worked with me initially, and Rodney and Adam helped me organize and pack, then disperse items to several different places. The guys were great and personable, worked hard, and diffused my stress, just as the team had done for my previous 2 moves of my own. I've not yet met anyone with this company who isn't professional, knowledgeable, and respectful--that's important when dealing with other people's homes and belongings. The price was mid-range of other companies I've dealt with, but consistent good quality so worth the bit higher cost. read more

This was a great company to work with. I had made a long distance move and had my belongings in a storage unit in Jackson. The previous movers just put everything in the unit haphazard. I hired Kingsley to move from the unit to my new house in Jackson. They were terrific! They were right on time, and very friendly. At the storage unit, my car died, and they both checked it out for me. The crew was Sterling and Ryan, and not only were they very hard working, but a lot of fun as well. The cost was a bit more than I anticipated, but I think I had more boxes of books than I thought! I would definitely recommend them, and if I move again, I would ask for Sterling and Ryan for the move! read more

I used Kingsley Moving Systems for a long distance, in state move. I experienced very good customer service and a hassle free move. From my initial call, I received very good customer service. After discussing my move details with Casey, he was able to provide a fair and accurate quote which lead me to choosing Kingsley Moving Systems. On moving day, the movers showed up on time and worked diligently to pack the truck and get on the road. They were professional, friendly and stayed on course. My furniture arrived safely to my destination, was unpacked and placed in my new home and nothing was damaged. I would use Kingsley Moving Systems again and recommend their services. read more

Kingsley moved my family and I to a new home. The original quote was Far Below what I ended up paying but when I voiced a concern over this I was given a small discount which showed that this company has a vested interest in its clients. The workers were phenomenal. They worked twelve and a half hours with taking only 2 15-minute breaks . They worked extremely hard and felt that they were careful and kept in mind that they were moving my treasures. My overall experience with the company has been very positive. I had so much stuff that the low quote and having to pay more didn't end up bothering me because of the hard work and the true concern the company showed. read more

Thanks to the guys at Kingsley, our move was smooth and stress free. We thought about doing the move ourselves, but am so glad we didn't. Casey helped us figure out what size truck and level of services would need and got us set up with a date that was convenient for us. The two guys showed up on time for the job. They were friendly, careful and efficient. It was a long distance move and they showed up on time the second day as well to deliver and were just as professional. They answered any questions I had and were accommodating to a couple placement requests I had for them. I would definitely recommend Kingsley if you need help with your move. read more

We used Kingsley for our move in September and it was a wonderful experience. The movers were extremely professional, efficient, kind and used great care in handling our items. Rodney especially made our move fun for all of us. He has such a positive attitude and great sense of humor that my kids were sad when he left. I'm so thankful for all the people who left glowing reviews about this company- that is what made us take a chance with them. I would recommend Kingsley to anyone looking for a stress free moving day. We will be moving again in the near future and I wouldnt consider any other moving company. read more

This company is a great choice for moving needs near the Lansing area. Not only did they take the time to come in person to do a site visit in order to give me an accurate quote, but the team showed up on time, followed our social distancing protocols and worked hard to carefully and efficiently move an entire office building's worth of furniture and boxes into a storage facility. The staff were friendly and easy to work with and checked in multiple times throughout the day to ensure we were happy with how things were going. I highly recommend this company whether you are moving your home or office! read more

Prompt, professional service. I greatly appreciated the care and attention that Sterling and Michael provided while assisting with a cross-state move. Sterling made sure that I understood what was expected in each step of the process and answered all the questions I had. A big move can be exciting and scary, and it helped knowing that Kingsley had my back and moved everything quickly, safely, and without any accidents. In this time of COVID, I greatly appreciated the attention to wearing masks, as well. Highly recommend. read more

We had a great experience working with Kingsley and were VERY impressed with the people that we worked with. The two people that worked with us all 3 days were very efficient, thoughtful, and kind. We cannot say enough great things about them. The team gave us an accurate estimate. Our belongings were cared for, with none being lost or damaged. The workers were very punctual. We highly recommend this moving service and will be using it again in the future if needed. read more

This was an especially hard move and the team did an amazing job. It entailed multiple pick up locations, and a move to an island (Mackinac) where vehicles are prohibited! Kingsley did an amazing job coordinating everything, including figuring out how to move a household using horses instead of a moving van! They were amazingly professional and did a perfect job getting everything there. Their price was great too. Would highly recommend to everyone! read more

Brice S. and Adam S. got the job done efficiently and professionally. They moved me into my 4 story condo and were timely, honest, and good humored with the 48 stairs. If I could give Kingsley 6 stars, I would! Todd even came out prior to the move, since I knew I had a much smaller load than originally anticipated due to closing early, and refined my estimate. Great value and customer service from all. Thank you, gentlemen! read more

Kingsley Moving moved my 3 bedroom home in the Lansing area. I was so happy with how they treated my furniture, but more than that I was happy how they treated my family. From the estimate to the move I have nothing but praise for Kingsley Moving. read more

These movers are by far the best movers I have ever experienced. I have moved roughly 20 times in my life and I have never met movers that were more polite, professional, and quick! Kareem and Harold kept smiles on their faces the entire move despite the heat, hurricane Isaias rain and even a fall they suffered down my slick steps. If I wasn't 15 hours away now, you can bet I would rehire them again for my next move! read more

We moved from Williamsburg, MI, stored our furniture for 3 months until we found a home in Clarkston. Our move was perfect. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our moving day. Kingsley's men are simply the best; courteous, responsible, customer oriented, kind and professional - not to mention STRONG! They handled everything with care. As well as very very kind to our budget!!! I will never use any other moving company! read more

Thank you Kingsley Moving Services for a job well done!! read more

I highly recommend Kingsley Moving Systems. Frank & Dwight were the gentlemen that moved me from my apartment to my new home. They were friendly, professional & worked non-stop until the move was complete. The only break they had was the drive to my new home, which was only 2 miles away, not much of a break. They were an exceptional team. I would not hesitate to hire them again. read more
