Phenomenal. The communication was transparent; I knew exactly what to expect, I was given a prompt response & I was scheduled for a move with only 5 days notice. I've utilized their services for 2 moves now, and if I or anyone I know ever need anything in the future, Kingsley will be my first (and likely only) call. Kingsley Moving Systems did a fantastic job with an unusual situation. We had a family at our elementary school lose everything in a house fire. We were able to secure donations of quite a bit of furniture from the school and larger communities, and contacted local moving companies to see if they could help collect it. Brian Kingsley responded quickly (the only company to respond, in fact) and offered to help. The two movers showed up promptly, were friendly, courteous, professional, and worked well together as a team. They made six stops to gather a number of large items and ended up putting in six hours total, remaining cheerful and positive even when there were a few hiccups. In talking with other school families, we learned that a number of them had also used Kingsley and everyone had been very happy. This Company was wonderful. From the initial contact call (Casey) and (Tod) who are the Managers are so knowledgeable and helpful. Extremely patient, takes time to really listen to your concerns. Now to the movers themselves (Rodney W & Sterling N ) These two dynamic duos are great workers. Polite and curious beyond belief. Super respectful of your belongings and so efficient in the way they pack and work as a team. We had a plant that we couldn't transport, well they offered to not only pack it but to take it out of the moving truck overnight so it would survive the heat from the moving truck !!!!! This is the 3rd time I've used Kingsley Moving Systems and was pleased each time. I had 2 weeks to empty mom's apartment after she passed suddenly over the holidays and I was stressed big time, unsure what I'd need or timing. Todd and Brian worked with me initially, and Rodney and Adam helped me organize and pack, then disperse items to several different places. The guys were great and personable, worked hard, and diffused my stress, just as the team had done for my previous 2 moves of my own. I've not yet met anyone with this company who isn't professional, knowledgeable, and respectful--that's important when dealing with other people's homes and belongings. This was a great company to work with. I had made a long distance move and had my belongings in a storage unit in Jackson. The previous movers just put everything in the unit haphazard. I hired Kingsley to move from the unit to my new house in Jackson. They were terrific! They were right on time, and very friendly. At the storage unit, my car died, and they both checked it out for me. The crew was Sterling and Ryan, and not only were they very hard working, but a lot of fun as well. The cost was a bit more than I anticipated, but I think I had more boxes of books than I thought! Kingsley moved my family and I to a new home. The original quote was Far Below what I ended up paying but when I voiced a concern over this I was given a small discount which showed that this company has a vested interest in its clients. The workers were phenomenal. They worked twelve and a half hours with taking only 2 15-minute breaks . They worked extremely hard and felt that they were careful and kept in mind that they were moving my treasures. My overall experience with the company has been very positive. I had so much stuff that the low quote and having to pay more didn't end up bothering me because of the hard work and the true concern the company showed. read more

Not only did they take the time to come in person to do a site visit in order to give me an accurate quote, but the team showed up on time, followed our social distancing protocols and worked hard to carefully and efficiently move an entire office building's worth of furniture and boxes into a storage facility. This was an especially hard move and the team did an amazing job. It entailed multiple pick up locations, and a move to an island (Mackinac) where vehicles are prohibited! Kingsley did an amazing job coordinating everything, including figuring out how to move a household using horses instead of a moving van!
