The flowers I ordered for my grandmother for her birthday were delivered 6 days early. I sent an…read moreemail to Petra Flowers to let them know about the error in delivery date, but have not heard anything back (it's been 8 days). Then on the date the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I received an automated message saying that the order had been canceled because they attempted delivery but the recipient was not there... very confusing. The flowers were pretty, but customer service was poor (e.g. wrong delivery date, no response to email).

OK. I'm back to talk about my previous review of High Profile Dispensary in Webberville, MI…read more Soon after my review was posted I was contacted by the customer service department, and was asked to provide a few details as to where, and when I visited the dispensary. I replied that I would, but also said that I didn't see how it would change my opinion, and what was done was done. To my utter amazement, after I gave them the details that they asked for, the customer service agent was able to pull up the receipt for our order. They were able to see which product I was talking about not wanting to purchase. This really did shock me. They took the time to do a little investigative work. Great, as that shows you at least care about what your customers are telling you. Now, as I'm sure most of you know, in this grey market, refunds ain't exactly happening, and I get it. I'm not going to lose a wink of sleep over that. It is what it is, and the only people to blame for that are the jackholes in DC that can't seem to get their heads out of their posteriors, as they are too busy sticking to debunked Reefer Madness lies to do anything useful concerning cannabis, and making it legal nationwide without a bunch of BS. Anyway, before I get rolling on a tangent, let's get back on track. After the problem was identified, what they could do was slap some frequent flier miles on my account worth $20. Cool. That works. I can live with this, and I believe the message was received, and steps have been taken to talk to their budtenders to take the time to listen to the customer. The back and forth with the emails was professional, courteous, and friendly. So with all this in mind, I've chosen to update my review, and throw some positive bones around. They could have just ignored me, and again, I wouldn't have lost a wink of sleep. I had said my piece, and was done. The matter closed in my mind. They chose to try to correct the problem rather than ignore it, and for that they are to be commended.

However, the way that the others treat customers? That's a different story. I'm not sure that this is the business for you. When you disrespect the people that come into your store and bring you business? 100 percent unacceptable. My husband and I have been doing business with this place for over 8 years together. Myself personally, more like 15. Case in point, my husband bought a watch, that wasnt cheap mind you. When we received it the product looked as though it had been worn. It was beyond scratched up. They were good about the initial exchange. But my husband works out of town, so finally I went up to make the exchange as well as have other services done to my own watch and wedding rings. Although the exchange was made, apparently there was an issue. The claim was made in my direction that my husband had been wearing the watch. I politely told the extremely arrogant gentleman that no he had not and in fact the watch doesn't even fit him bc it was never sized. After some polite on my part, not so much theirs, exchange of words, I left extremely upset and unsatisfied. Unfortunately my husband will be going back there and informing them that we will never purchase from them again. Beyond my 6 month inspections, which are already paid for, I will never buy from there again. Solely on the way that I was treated. Shame on you Kay Jewelers!
