The man I spoke with was so understanding and accommodating and was able to get a gorgeous lily bouquet together and delivered to my mom (whose cat, Lily, had to be put down that day) within a few hours. I stated I would pay the extra. I also asked for a picture when it was completed so I knew that it was correct. I never received the picture and when I arrived at the funeral home there was no ribbon. I did call the florist shop and spoke to a lady. She said the owner would contact me. It's been over a week and nothing. I will not do business with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
