HORRIBLE QUALITY FLOWERS AND SKIMPY ARRANGEMENT! Ordered flowers for DILL on birth of newborn son. Chose Delta Flowers because they advertised being affiliated with Teleflora. I chose the PREMIUM arrangement - $67.95 with tax & delivery = $ 87.28 - thinking it would be a nicer arrangement. What I thought was being sent wound up being far less than what the online version of Baby's First Block looks like. ( I'm attaching pictures of what it should have looked like and what it DID look like.) To make matters worse, within 48 hours, roses are wilting and petals dropping. You be the judge. Look at what was sent and how they look 48 hours later and what Teleflora's arrangement looks like. Would you pay $ 87.28 for THIS ???? AVOID DELTA FLOWERS !!!! read more

We hired Laura at Delta Flowers to provide flowers for our wedding as a last-minute client (we had a small wedding, and approached her about one month out). She was fantastic! She has amazing creativity and made beautiful arrangements that were simply stunning. Laura was very organized and thorough, and I was able to add a few extra items in the week before the event. Dont want to give this business any stars! Horrible service! My Daughter chose Delta Floral to make her bridal bouquet, and it was a huge mistake!!! I would caution highly anyone to use Delta Floral for a bridal bouquet. The wedding was labor day weekend, the shop was closing early for the holiday, so the arrangement was made almost 2 days early!! When I picked up the arrangement I noticed then a small area where the flowers had started turning brown, I questioned it, but at that point nothing could really be done. They were closing, the owner wasn't there and wedding was next day. I really wonder just how far ahead the arrangement had been made because it didn't seem right that if it had been made just late at night on Thursday, being picked up on Friday AM (because they were closing early) that it would already start to die. I was given the arrangement in a box, not told any specific instructions on how to care for the arrangement during the 2 days time frame of when it was made to the time of the wedding. The arrangement was not in water, just told to put in the refrigerator. Well, by 3:30 Saturday more of the hydrangea was dying off from the spot the day before, and now another hydrangea was turning brown, as well as the greenery was starting to droop because they had not had any water for 2 days!!! When then talking to the owner about the situation after the wedding she admitted that hydrangea (the one flower in the arrangement was the color of the wedding, and the one that started dying) was a delicate flower, she admitted that I should have been given better instructions on keeping it in water, said that I was to have been given flowers to switch out, but was not given an hydrangea flower to switch out if need be. When I then expressed how upset I was that as a florist she didn't plan better to make sure the arrangement would make it to wedding time, and that subsequent wedding pictures are going to be with an arrangement that has dead flowers in it, she then said "well if the pictures come back showing that then let me know." WRONG ANSWER!! She wasnt going to take responsibility unless the wedding pictures came back showing dead flowers in the arrangement??? Obviously her having a free holiday weekend was more important to her than making sure a bride had a beautiful bouquet for her wedding! Again, use Delta Floral at your own risk.. you have been warned!!! I cannot express enough how I would never, ever use Delta Floral for any sort of floral arrangement! read more

My fiancée purchased flowers from this place and not happy at all. We complained and took the flowers back and ask for a refund, waited one whole day no refund...had to go to the store and stand over them to just get a refund. this is not the first time we got bad flowers will not go back. They seem to not take a lot of pride in what they send out! Will take our business else where. read more

Amazing customer service. Our son decided to go to a formal dance at the last minute. Called the day of our event and the staff were so accommodating. Not only did they make a corsage and boutineer within a few hours but were wonderful to work with. They went out of their way to make two beautiful arrangements.
