I've been patronizing the Watershed for many years. I was first introduced to their products by a co-worker whom realized that I was having some difficulty keeping up the pace I needed at work. I began using the powdered Spirulina/Chlorella by mixing it with yogurt or apple sauce. At first it didn't seem to be doing much yet in a few weeks I started to notice that I had more energy and that my muscles were no longer sore after working on the cement floors in the retail stores where I worked at the time. Over time I noticed additional benefits that were subtle yet life changing (enhancing). Some of the benefits that I was achieving were sounder sleep yet less was required each night, my nails and hair became visibly healthier and my eyes were brighter, whereas, before they were often red and dried out. But the most noticeable effect was the change in my overall mood and state of being. I felt a lightness of heart and body that I hadn't experienced for many years. At the time I was having drastic mood swings and was struggling with depression. All of this subsided in just weeks of using their product daily. I felt like myself again the parts of me that I and others enjoyed the most, not the run down tired and moody depressed woman that I had become. Years later I had moved out of the area and stopped taking it thinking that it was no big deal as I was still taking other supplements and eating a good diet.
