I'm giving this place a 5! People are way to hard on this place. First off, those complaining about the price. You may think $10 is a lot, but it's not as much as you think. For example, the Go Green Lo White has Kale, Spinach, celery, apple, lemon, and other stuff. You can taste the greens so you know they are using a lot. A pound of spinach juiced doesn't give much juice at all. So they are using a lot of veggies and such to get that bottle full! Next, how many have actually juiced at home? Me, me! It is a PAIN to clean out the juicer! Not fun. So knowing that I don't have to clean it is great! Avid juicers know that the minute the juice hits air it starts losing nutrients. So if your concern is that, grab a smoothie because those are good! Worried about when the juice was made? Check the date and get one that was made that day! As far as the staff there. The two ladies were both really nice to me. They told me about the juices and smoothies the day I went for one of those. They really like what they do and believe in the juice. I could really tell. I bought 4 juices today and my coworkers and I had a lot of fun trying different flavors. None of them had ever had raw juice and were impressed at how good they tasted! Pretty great shake place. All fresh ingredients and the staff was really friendly, they even give you the extra smoothie that doesn't fit in your cup. The price is a little high, 9 dollars for a 20 ounzes smoothie but the quality is very high. They even sell boxed water which is pretty cool and environmentally conscious. Outdoor seating in front in Washington made for an awesome place to listen to street musicians. read more

I really wanted to like this place, I grew up here and travel for work during non covid times and I love fresh juice and açaí bowls so I was excited to be home during this downtime and go to a juice bar because one was finally in lansing. But was disappointed, juice isn't made fresh, it's super expensive, the lady behind the counter was very rude and slow she even scolded me (in front of other customers) looking in the fridge at bottles because I guess a section isn't for sale?There weren't any signs besides the juice name. But like what a crappy way to greet people that was literally my first interaction in this place. I still bought a few bottles to give this place a try and half of them didn't have an expiration date so not sure if they were even good when I bought them. Juice wasn't terrible but wasn't amazing either. They do however have good acai and chocolate bowls. I arrived at Juice Nation to order a smoothie bowl after their website gave me no instructions to order, and only included their Cleanses under the Menu. The open sign was on but the door was locked, so I knocked and they told me to scan the QR code and order. Ok, that's fair--my mistake. I ordered online and waited a full thirty minutes before my smoothie bowl was ready. The order time said they'd be ready at 1:20, which was 18 minutes after I placed my order, and I thought it was a bit of a reach for blending some raw ingredients, but that's ok. When I called at 1:20, I was notified "there were two people in front of me"; ok, again, that's fine, but I was told 1:20 when I checked out. Bowls were soupy and tasted like applesauce, and it was confusing and took way too long. This is my third time giving this place a shot, and it will unfortunately be my last. read more

I currently live in DC and came to Lansing for the weekend. I decided I wanted to do a juice cleanse during my visit. So I reached to Juice Nation who came highly recommended. I initially contacted them by phone because the website was down. I spoke with Tameko and she asked me to email her so she could share the menu with me. We exchanged a few emails over 2 days and she was able to answer all of my questions. I was able to order and pay for my cleanse by phone which was ready for pickup when I arrived on Friday. All of the juices are 16oz and come in glass bottles. It consisted of 5 flavors. One is repeated daily. They were all pretty good and easy to drink. I only struggled with the one with cayenne pepper because I have an extremely sensitive pallet! Surprisingly the Beet-Ade was my favorite. I HATE beets. The juices were not thick which helped. They provide 6 juices daily for the cleanse and also suggest drinking 64oz of water which is a struggle but worth it. Definitely check them out! read more

10$ per raw juice / low quality product & mediocre customer service As someone who juices at home everyday & travels across the country for work , I'm always going to great raw juice locations across the country. From the physical appearance of the locale to the quality of the raw juices they're selling I am so disappointed . Only one of their juices was made actually made this morning, the rest had been sitting out for 3 days, and at the bottom of the juice jar you could see the white oxidized buildup of old juice. Why not make these to order or fresh? For 10$ each it is so over priced , In any other city in Michigan that serves QUALITY freshly juiced products it's around 4-6$ for the inferiority of the quality and the ambiguous answers the staff give you it's not worth a ten. I asked the two ladies multiple times about the dates things were made until I realized the expiration date was on the back and then got a real answer about which one was made in the morning . Called juice nation to explain I would have never purchased if I had known they all expire tomorrow($50 worth of juice), I was told there is nothing they could do... didn't even want a refund, just wanted juice that didn't expire next day. The lady who was working is really nice and I told her I was dealing with stomach discomfort and she recommended the charcoal lemonade. I bought 6 bottles today as a gift but all expire within the next 3 days. So at least half of these will go to waste. Also I asked the gal if I get any type of break for buying 6 she said no. I later learned that they sell $50 gift cards that give you $10 free so I could've done that. I was ripped off. Also I returned the empty bottles and didn't get my deposit back for some reason. For me, finding this place was a MIRICALE!!! I came in with servere stomach problems from eating bad food which my stomach couldn't handle. I took a break from my vegan diet and for a week ate ramen noodles, pizza, chicken, etc so my stomach was tore up!!! I was bloated, couldn't use the bathroom, etc. I guy at Juice recommend a yellow drink to me( forgot the name) its the one with Alkaline water, lemon, grade b maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. This combo sounds crazy and nasty but it's the opposite... it actually tastes good!! It is spicy but it's supposed to be in order to fix your stomach. I visited Juice Nation a few times specifically for their raw juices (never tried their smoothies). They had a nice selection of juices. The last time I stopped in I found out they started pre-making their juices (I do like them in bottles). It was around 11:30 am and they didn't have the juice I wanted so I picked up a different one from the fridge (there were no prices displayed). It was a complete shock when the cashier said the price - almost $12!!! That's almost double the price from the previous time I was there when they used to juice them on the spot. Overpriced is an understatement. As much as I used to enjoy this place I will not be returning for a $12 small bottle of raw juice. That's just insane! read more

I have been to the downtown branch and recently visited the new one in Old Town. The juice is out of this world! Tried the beet and the apple/lemon/ginger/carrot ones.
