I'm not a fan of this set up but, hopefully once the revamping is done, it will be a much better mall. I did go into a few of the stores, American Eagle and Bath and Body Works were about the same size and space but, Victorias Secret was very small compared to the other ones I've been to. I don't go to Etown much but, I do hope this place looks great and will thrive again once the revamping is complete.

I however like the cost savings of this store though,so I do give them a 5 star for that - but it's hard to find the same shirt or pants in a variety of sizes! The changing room is a little strange and I would give them a 3 1/2 star for the way they do business in that department but I do get it's for concerns of theft but not every person is here to steal from the store , they will take the clothing from you place it on a pole and literally pat down the items like you are trying to steal something, that alone tells me they have a lot of theft in their stores, I had four shirts to try on it was the silliest thing as the shirts had no pockets on them, but I understand its protocol! so 2 star for the children wear =( Also it would be nice if they carried plus sizes in children - the clothing runs small in that area! 5 star - The customer service at check out is pretty quick and easy I have never had an issue and the cashiers are always nice and friendly!
