The only sections that are pretty small and without much selection are the men's and intimate apparel. I'm not a fan of this set up but, hopefully once the revamping is done, it will be a much better mall. I did go into a few of the stores, American Eagle and Bath and Body Works were about the same size and space but, Victorias Secret was very small compared to the other ones I've been to. I don't go to Etown much but, I do hope this place looks great and will thrive again once the revamping is complete.

I said, "Excuse, could you find out if you have this cardigan in 2T cardigan" to one of the sales associates....To make a long story short--the store associate never came back to let me know whether or not they had what I was looking for in a different size and I knew at that point I would never return to the Gap ever again. The cashier at the register was efficient and nice, but the other employees weren't as helpful. I actually saw the sales associate walk back onto the floor but she never came to inform me of the product I requested so I'll just assume her walking back on the floor means, "NO we don't have the size you requested!" I spent over $170 that day for my kids and I guess its true what people say, "You should never say never!" My son, unfortunately cannot fit some of the items I purchased, so I have to take them back for an exchange. I certainly hope that I have something different to report on my 2nd and final trip. You certainly do not have to take my word for it....go check them out yourself. Hopefully you'll have a better experience than I did. This store doesn't share property w/ any other store but it does share a parking lot w/ a few good restaurants that include Zaxby's, IHOP and Olive Garden. It is very easy to enter and exit the parking lot. The exterior and interior have always been neat, tidy and free from trash each time I visited. The layout of the store in very shopper friendly and each section is able to be identified from different areas of the store. Kohl's has really great and popular brands that are priced low without underselling its worth. I have been familiarized w/ Kohl's Cash and shopper rewards. One of the main reasons why I started enjoying shopping at this Kohl's is because I wear sizes for curvy women or plus size. They carry a great selection for curvy women and their intimates department carries great braziers and bloomers. They probably have one of the best stocked intimates section. The checkout process has been very efficient with friendly cashers and they don't pester anyone to sign up for a store card if they already said no. Sales associates are never too hard to find and seem happy to help you find or grab something up high.
