I was just in here looking to kill some time. The store itself is overwhelming with all kinds of stuff in a good way. They are reasonably priced in some things and have brand name stuff as well. They definitely have one of the better toy sections of any store. If you were to ask me to go to a pOpshelf, I would take you up on the offer lol. Definitely worth a visit.

Scarlet went out of her way to take time with me and help me find EVERYTHING that I needed. Jade was helpful and kind as she bagged my items and made sure that I had all of my discounts and coupons applied. I had spent time on the website first and made a list of all that I was looking for to be given as gifts this Christmas Season. I have shopped at this location in the past and I will return here for in person purchases! The employees here REALLY helped make my day! I have always loved shopping at Bath and Body for gifts and also for items for myself. I'm SO THANKFUL for this location that's inside the Towne Mall in Elizabethtown KY! (Scarlet, thank you for your EXTRA kindness to me!)

They could've had a big sale with me but didn't even bother to greet me or ask if I needed help with anything. I was so overwhelmed and irritated, I just walked out and took my business somewhere else.

Our set was delivered on a Sunday because there was a huge snow storm Friday and the roads were too bad on Saturday. Well, on Sunday the delivery truck couldn't get down my driveway so I had to drive down and get the mattresses onto my truck and drive them to the house. My daughter and I carried the box mattress in first and carried it upstairs. We cut the plastic off and found that it was damaged. The plastic corner protection on one side was cracked and broken off. The black backing on the bottom was ripped off and one of the wooden cross beams was broken. It took us about an hour, but we fixed the wood, and fixed the rest of the bed. I emailed corporate with photos and received a voice mail a few hours later offering me 50% off or an exchange. I called back the next day and said that due to all the trouble getting it I would appreciate the 50% off. Now, they refuse to give me the 50% and will only give me $50 off!!! $50????!!!! After the trouble and this is what they do? I will never buy from a company that leaves a voicemail promising one thing and then doing another.
