Mainly because it's usually packed with people and I don't feel like sharing my time waiting on people to get out of the way because they're so self-absorbed they don't leave room to get past their car. This happens at Kroger too a lot. I guess I'm just used to going there, but Walmart probably is better for the overall pricing and its quality. What I really wanted to put a review about was their hot deli with various chicken tenders, nuggets, wings, and a lot of side dishes, including jalapeño, poppers, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, etc. For I think it was close to. $7.50 I ordered for my husband. I did actually split, a meal with wings mashed potatoes, no gravy, but they had some and mac & cheese into a large container for a meal for one person I guess. It was way more than one person could probably eat and I was correct we didn't need any more . Even though this is not the most common place we go to eat it wasn't bad at all! We both like their chicken wings, even though they're tend to be a little dry at times, but they're still pretty good. So we made the best out of that meal. It was pretty inexpensive for both of us to eat so it was a win in our opinion!

This Dollar Tree was very spacious, one of the bigger ones I've ever been to. They did have generous selections in crafts supplies, glasswares, storage baskets, and more. However, for garden supplies, not too much desirable, and only had a small selections out front . I received very friendly services from the cashier. The store was fairly clean, but many shelves are empty or almost empty. I can only imagine when this stop is fully stocked, it must be a satisfying place to walk down the aisles. But where can I find such items nearby and at the hour I was shopping? Answer: Big Lots! Oh my gosh...you can always depend on finding that special something at Big Lots. Of course, it may not be there on the next visit, but that's ok. It's always a treasure hunt every time I visit a store no matter where it is. This time I was incredibly grateful they had what I needed, and then some, for my mother. Plus, I picked up a few extras to spruce up her room for the holidays. Thank you Big Lots!!! I knew I could count on you! As for this store itself in Piqua...WOW! This is the nicest Big Lots store I have ever been in. It is very big and super clean. I was amazed at the variety and I could have lost my mind if I had driven this trip instead of flying. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We stopped at Aldi today for a few grocery's. This is a grocery store operating on the cheaper…read moreside of things. The first thing you run into is that you have to put down a 25 cent deposit to get a grocery cart. The selection is limited but the prices are very good. Today we came in for frozen seafood but also bought bread, chicken sausages, cheese slices, avocados, milk and a package of tortellini. They don't have grocery bags but some boxes are available. Better yet, bring your own bags. Then if you return your cart to where you got it you get your quarter back.
