It has a Dave & Berry (the discount sports clothing place) but I cant go near it due to my allergies to cheap third-world apparel ( I kid but in reality I sneeze whenever I get within 25 yards of this place) ...the smell....the smell. The rest of the stores vary from regular clothing stores to discount item stores. They have a decent food court that includes, Subway, Quiznos, and some lesser know stops but about 10 when added up. They have a movie theater complex with about 8 screens, first run movies. And there is a hotel attached to the mall, a Comfort Inn. Around the mall circle there are the usual fast-food suspects and a small strip mall. An unusual small town mall that is fun to check out.

My 2nd order was cancelled after being 2 1/2 hours late. I have no clue why. I saw the driver on the map come to my town and my neighborhood. My order was very late at this point and I was informed by another driver that there is a timer on perishables and if it goes off they can't deliver that order. I'm guessing that is what happened. So 0 for 2. I'm not happy. about 7 hours total of my life I can't get back... and I had to reorder it all with Kroger and that went well as always.

We do Xmas up big in my family, very big. For the last several years at least 98% of our Xmas for 7 people plus have all come from Kohl's. THAT ENDS HERE 2 days after Xmas, my daughter from DC attempted to return 2 shirts in your store with receipts for a gift card, which she intended to spend that day. Imagine her shock at being told that she couldn't. After asking for the manager, who l'm told was nice but not helpful, she was told that her only option was to issue a credit back to my Kohl's charge, which we paid off as we went, by the way, here's the kicker, even with her receipts, they would only offer to issue the credit for less than half the amount I had paid. They claimed they had to treat it as a return that had no receipt, even though the receipt was in their hands. So they wanted to issue a credit for 20. on a paid off account for shirts I'd paid over 40 for. Veither shirt was on clearance by the way, not that that should even matter, we had receipts This is beyond insane. Totally unacceptable Besides my family, I've already discussed this with 3 friends and will be writing extremely negative reviews on every public platform that I am part of How dare Kohl's pull a stunt like this.I guess they see no value in a good customer. #kohls

Too Hot Inside, Smoking Issues Outside This Roses location…read morehas some significant problems. The store is always uncomfortably hot, whether it's winter or summer. They need to adjust the temperature control--turn down the heat or turn up the air conditioning to make shopping more comfortable. The smoking situation outside the store is also concerning. There are consistently employees smoking near the entrance, which means customers have to walk through cigarette smoke to enter. There's a can full of cigarette butts right by the building, and discarded cigarettes litter the ground around the property. It creates an unwelcoming first impression. I've even seen pregnant employees smoking outside in the past, which was particularly disturbing to witness. For a store that promotes Christian values, it would be more consistent to either ban smoking on the property or designate a smoking area away from the entrance where customers don't have to encounter it. The current setup feels unprofessional. I occasionally shop here for cleaning supplies and household items because it's convenient, but the excessive heat inside and the smoking situation outside make it an unpleasant experience. Simple improvements to these issues would make a big difference for customers.
