I personally fought the urge to go home with the magnolia silk wreath beside the front counter but my mom ended up buying a kitchen tea towel and oven mit. From the moment you see the front window display at Cozy Nest you'll know this isn't your average small town gift shop filled with trinkets, Cherished Teddies, Precious Moments and Wooden Willows angels (no offense to you collectors out there). Conveniently located a few doors down from lunch at the Montage Cafe and cappuccinos at The Coffee Pot and you couldn't ask for a better Saturday morning in Greenville. I was impressed with the prices given what the items are. My only complaint was that the shopkeeper seemed to have a friend in while we were there and never greeted or engaged with us which would seem like a great marketing opportunity for a newer business. We'll certainly be back and I imagine this scenario isn't always the case.

Plenty of home decor, and the owner also makes unique floral designs and wreaths as well. Brookville is an entire experience. Quaint little downtown where you can walk and get a coffee, go to a restaurant and then just enjoy the charm of window shopping in a clean safe little town that feels like you just rewound 20 or 30 years. Make sure on your trip to drive over to the Brookville Dam area and take a walk on the causeway. This is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday.

Was a little upset today. Went in to check on summer clearance stuff. Found the mental yard signs…read morewith a 50% off sign place dead smack in the middle of them. The only things in this area of the signs are metal yard signs and planter pots. Also a big sign on the pots. Get to the register and after ringing things up my very nice cashier tells me the price and I said aren't these 50% off and he said no I'm sorry. Now mind u this gentleman was a very kind and sweet cashier... never had a nicer one. He was working as the first cashier. I didn't catch his name but he for sure is a great addition to the store. But he explained the signs were on sale. Now At Home Store... you should not have the 50% off in the middle of all this stuff that's not on sale. It said outdoor... take ur signs down. Extremely misleading. I always spend a couple hundred every time I'm in there. But the situation today had me embarrassed and had me looking like a Karen because it had me feeling ridiculous having to take 10 things off my purchase why others waited in line! Take your signs down. A bunch of people were looking at planters that weren't 50% off. I can imagine their embarrassment when they get to the register. My cashier told me several other people ran into the same issue before me today!! Fix your signs!!!
