All the fabric got sold to one person. For all the people that I saw in line who were angry at them for selling it all, that is their job to make what they can for the people who hired them. It is not to please us. I've been to Estate Sales where an entire curio cabinet full of miniature clocks was sold to one person. I was hoping to get a couple of them. It happens!! They are the nicest people and fair pricing. Thanks for all the hard work you put in to these Sales. Let the negative comments roll off your backs. You all do a fantastic job!!!

The daunting task of completely emptying our home of more than 21 years of accumulated stuff had kept us from putting our home on the market for at least a year. Enter Tom and Penni Yanessa of Sequels Auctions who reassured us that the process could be relatively painless. All we had to do was identify and remove what we wanted to keep. They would do the rest -- sift through everything else, sort it, photograph it and list it for sale on their auction website. Considering the mountainous nature of what we left in that house, we were astounded at how well Tom and Penni were able to wade through it all and stage it for an effective auction. It WAS easy - for us, at least - and unbelievably lucrative. The final sale result hugely exceeded our expectations. Sadly, we lost our mother two years ago and our 96 year old step father recently passed away. We…read more were needing to prepare our childhood home to be sold. We called Holly because our mom used to enjoy going to tag sales. Holly came to the house and was very nice and explained the process. She even told us that if individual family members had things they wanted to sell they could bring them and just put their initials on those items so her team could track them separately. The two team member who set up the sale were terrific(Bridgette and Brandon). They did a great job organizing and pricing things and they were both extremely kind. Unfortunately, when we reviewed the sales after the two day tag sale we discovered that the tracking and descriptions were vague. We understand it can be difficult, but we should not have been promised things that would not be done. My siblings (Anne Grayson and Tom St . Pierre and I) called Holly to share our feedback. THIS INTERACTION is the main reason for the bad review. HOLLY became angry and said she has been doing this for 40 years and never has complaints (see the other bad reviews to know that is not the case). She yelled and said she did not want to ever hear from us again. We were her customers. In all of my years in customer service I have never seen a business owner treat a customer this poorly. We were not calling to ask for a refund... we were simply sharing feedback that most business owners would welcome from paying customers. Bridgette and Brandon were the bright spots in the process, and we would hire them to run any future tag sales, but WE CANNOT RECOMMEND TAG SALES BY HOLLY. She makes false promises to get the contract signed, but does not follow through and doesn't care about her customers.
