I was given a warranty that covered nothing!! Ramseys new maintenance man told me it was a material problem after months of talking to the store. owner said he would help me....NOT. They wanted me to pay $699.00 for a replacement! They should have replaced it from the beginning! nice they are but they do not stand behind faulty products that THEY SELL! I gave away the entire love seat and couch and they lost in the long run because I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEIR STORE OR CERTAINLY WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

It came in a month earlier, but either the owner, Jeremy, or his assistant, wasn't satisfied with the finishing. They sent it back for refinishing. Good luck having a large store do that. We love the way the draws close. Very smooth. I'd like to add an additional comment on the dining set, see our previous post. We now use it daily and it cleans beautifully. Just a drop of water on a microfiber cloth. Of great importance, if one of the chairs should be damaged, (very unlikely)you can just order another one. I have seen numerous complaints from customers of large furniture stores, stating that when they wanted a replacement, the item was no longer available. That's a big advantage in ordering custom handmade furniture.

At Riley's, you're not going to find your highest and, custom-made, handcrafted furniture. What you will find is durable, Quality Furniture at an affordable price that is perfect for a growing Family. We've purchased couches, bedroom sets, tables and other items at Riley's throughout the years. The staff has always been fantastic. They don't Hound you but they are always there to help. They make their presence known, they guide you to the areas that you want to be and they let you do your own browsing. When it comes to couches and some other upholstered furniture, you typically have a number of options for upholstery textures, colors and patterns. A lot of these are at no extra charge. Delivery and assembly is also very affordable. A lot of the wood furniture, tables and bedroom sets and the like, they are particle board and laminated. But again, very durable and great for a growing family. With a growing family, you don't always have little ones who are as considerate about the furniture as the people paying for it might be. That being the case, you probably don't want to go out and spend $10,000 on a bedroom set for a small child. Like most furniture stores, Riley's has deals going almost all of the time. Often times there are interest free options to pay overtime. Would I go back? Definitely. Like I said, this is a regular stop for us when we're Furniture shopping. Bob really took the time to evaluate our unique needs, and the coolest part was how he helped us do a quick 3-minute evaluation on their Bed Match machine. He described how the Bed Match machine uses science to help select the best mattress for us, as it senses our pressure points and where we needed more or less support. We highly recommend shopping at Sleep Outfitters in Beavercreek and using the Bed Match machine, it completely took the guesswork out of the selection process for us. We ultimately selected one of their Kings Down Hybrid mattresses that had a cooler sleep surface then the Tempur Breeze in our opinion and a combination of comfort and support that we couldn't find in other products we tested. The adjustable base feature that we added was a game changer as well, it has a wind down feature that we will use in the evenings to really get our bodies ready for great sleep.
