They wanted me to pay $699.00 for a replacement! They should have replaced it from the beginning! nice they are but they do not stand behind faulty products that THEY SELL! It came in a month earlier, but either the owner, Jeremy, or his assistant, wasn't satisfied with the finishing. They sent it back for refinishing. Good luck having a large store do that. We love the way the draws close. Very smooth. I'd like to add an additional comment on the dining set, see our previous post. We now use it daily and it cleans beautifully. Just a drop of water on a microfiber cloth. Of great importance, if one of the chairs should be damaged, (very unlikely)you can just order another one. I have seen numerous complaints from customers of large furniture stores, stating that when they wanted a replacement, the item was no longer available. That's a big advantage in ordering custom handmade furniture.

At Riley's, you're not going to find your highest and, custom-made, handcrafted furniture. What you will find is durable, Quality Furniture at an affordable price that is perfect for a growing Family. We've purchased couches, bedroom sets, tables and other items at Riley's throughout the years. The staff has always been fantastic. They don't Hound you but they are always there to help. They make their presence known, they guide you to the areas that you want to be and they let you do your own browsing. When it comes to couches and some other upholstered furniture, you typically have a number of options for upholstery textures, colors and patterns. A lot of these are at no extra charge. Delivery and assembly is also very affordable. A lot of the wood furniture, tables and bedroom sets and the like, they are particle board and laminated. But again, very durable and great for a growing family. With a growing family, you don't always have little ones who are as considerate about the furniture as the people paying for it might be. That being the case, you probably don't want to go out and spend $10,000 on a bedroom set for a small child. Like most furniture stores, Riley's has deals going almost all of the time. Often times there are interest free options to pay overtime. Would I go back? Definitely. Like I said, this is a regular stop for us when we're Furniture shopping. My experience with this company's customer service was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I paid for bronze delivery, but instead of bringing the furniture inside, the drivers left it outside on my porch--and brought the wrong chair altogether. When I called to resolve this, the representative admitted the salesperson entered the order incorrectly. Yet, despite it being their mistake, she claimed I would be responsible if anything happened to the wrong item sitting on my porch. To make matters worse, she stated they couldn't exchange it until Tuesday--a full week later. When I asked if they could return the next morning to correct their mistake, she flat-out refused. Then on Tuesday they kept delaying by rescheduling the times three different times! Then when they came to bring my right furniture and pick up the wrong furniture we obviously were recording to prove nothing was wrong with the furniture! The delivery drivers were very unkind and unprofessional by saying "go ahead and record me" && being extremely nasty! Also throwing the pillows on the floor after we had in plastic! we brought the cup holders out to them because they forgot them && they get an attitude and just throw them in the truck! A company that values its customers takes accountability and makes things right promptly, even if that means making an extra trip. A Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority here. Bob really took the time to evaluate our unique needs, and the coolest part was how he helped us do a quick 3-minute evaluation on their Bed Match machine. He described how the Bed Match machine uses science to help select the best mattress for us, as it senses our pressure points and where we needed more or less support. We highly recommend shopping at Sleep Outfitters in Beavercreek and using the Bed Match machine, it completely took the guesswork out of the selection process for us. We ultimately selected one of their Kings Down Hybrid mattresses that had a cooler sleep surface then the Tempur Breeze in our opinion and a combination of comfort and support that we couldn't find in other products we tested.
