That's the salespeople, the products, and the delivery people. The owners and salespeople must be going crazy with the long lead times for the furniture. It's not just them. Our local Amish furniture store has a sign at the entrance letting people know delivery time will be 6 months plus.

We were greeted by Josh when we walked in, told him we were looking for a couch & the dimensions we were looking for as it needed to fit in specific size space. He showed us to a variety of couches at various price points. We narrowed down to 3 selections, one was a good buy, but on back order; another was above our price range but also came with an extra chair & 3rd wasn't really my Mom's style but she loved the color. Josh was caring, didn't rush us & then Mom decided on couch 3. We were pleased to know they will remove the existing couch for a fee, they do offer 5 year fabric protection for the couch & if you don't use it, can use as a credit towards a future furniture purchase. The manager Jeff was also friendly and helped Josh wrap up the sale. Delivery was also available right away. They also gave us a holiday themed folding chair for the purchase. The day before the delivery they called and emailed to confirm delivery. The removed the old couch at 9 & delivered the new couch at Noon. Mom loves the couch & fits perfectly in the space. So I called the day of delivery and expressed my concerns. I was told they would send someone out. He came in looked at it and said "I can't fix this it has to go to the shop" I was upset that paying 1800 dollars and they had to take my chair for a week. I'm like I don't want to do that but talked to a person (purposely not mentioning names)and she guaranteed me all the repairs would be corrected. I took a bunch of pictures AND videos That was October 13th. Now fast forward to October 31st when it was brought back guess what? None of the problems were repaired. I took more pictures on the 31st. Compared to the October 13th pictures and exact same. So they wanted to take another week. They took the chair and I called customer care and spoke to the same SUPERVISOR as I had spoke with from the begging. Told her I don't want the chair as I shouldn't be having a 1800 dollar chair trying to be repaired for the 3rd time. Ready for the kicker? I'm told it's your chair and it was made for you. I said yes I except that IF it was made correctly, ready for this? I'm told we'll it works I said I'm disputing this and they have the chair.Sad thing is they're trying to bully a 70 year old woman to except the chair as is. We have been told that the product would be ready to be delivered early April 2025, April 13, 2025, at the latest May 31, 2025 and today they have told us at the earliest time that the product would be in stock in the United States will be June 10 2025. The product was ordered on November 10, 2024. This is for side dining chairs. We have spent a significant amount of money furnishing our new home with Arhaus furniture and I will never do business with this company in the future. For what we have received so far, the quality of the product is good but this company is highly unethical and will tell you anything to try to appease you. Again, unless this is a product that is in stock at your local store or guaranteed to be sitting at your local distribution center, I would not purchase from this company.

I also found a couple of health and beauty products that were labeled "not for sale in the USA" (see pictures) do with that what you may, but I was hesitant due to the uncertainty of the ingredients. Overall, if you're looking for an off-price store for various products, this would probably fit the bill. Is it the best? No. It's alright.
