I went to customer service and Tyler went and checked the return merchandise cart and said unfortunately he could t find it. I went on shopping and he found me to give me the owala. He had found it. For me Big Lots is a place to get some things for a lot less money that I don't expect to last for…read morea long time..but long enough to make it worth it overall. For instance..speakers, Christmas decorations, phone chargers, other electronic devices..etc. You spend less and it's great, but overall the stuff craps out or wears out pretty quickly. If you go in looking at your purchases like that, you'll be a lot less upset when it inevitably happens. I don't really trust the food they sell here. I'm sure it's fine..I don't know..I just..don't trust it..ha. The staff here is hit or miss, some nice and helpful, some not so much. This location overall is always well stocked and cleaned. If you're interested in making the kind of purchases that I have detailed in this review, then this place will work out just fine for you.

However, as we browsed the aisles on search of random other dollar priced needs, I did take note that this particular location was a lot cleaner and more well organized than others. I made an assessment in my last review that maybe all Dollar Tree's feel run down and disorganized because of the crappy quality of most of their products..well this location proved that theory wrong. Good for them. While browsing their random $1 DVD section I did come across quite a find. Episodes of that random 90's Saturday morning NBC show "California Dreams". Ha..what a blast from the past. I had forgotten all about that show..it was basically a B-version of "Saved by the Bell"..well..which was a B-version of a prime time sitcom..which would make "California Dreams" a double B version of..I dunno..no need to go down that rabbit hole. Anywho, I was super psyched about my obscure DVD find..and impressed with the stores cleanliness and organization. Despite the mortal sin of them not carrying ice..I would have to say this location is still A-Ok in my book.

Predator employee named "Sarah" looks more interested in harming/disturbing people than checking…read moreout their items. She was disgustingly unprofessional and weird. Began breathing loudly and hard because I was paying in quarters and dimes. This is dollar tree right. Just checking. I felt so disturbed by her presence I asked her manager if she could finish the transaction because "Sarah" didn't know the difference left from 4.26$ after I gave her 3.00 in change. The customer In line behind me began talking about how her purse is so heavy from all the change she saves up, and that she wants to spend her change as well here. I specifically told this employee "Sarah" so they have to wear gloves and if not, do not touch the fuzzy item I'm about to purchase. I scanned item myself and set it in other side of register because she isnt wearing gloves. After I scanned it my self "Sarah" went out her way to touch the fuzzy item I place on the other side of the register. There was literally no rhyme or reason. She just touched it than started at me very mischievously. I nicely asked her not the item and she did with her finger that just could have just been up her dirty ........... for all I know. She than began trying to argue with me and her manager said "Sarah be quiet." Extremely disgusting, ungroomed staff that is the face of dollar tree. A predator

I was blown away for starters by the customer service from multiple employees. One found me a shoe in a size that wasn't even on the floor, another brought a different size to the dressing room, and a third suggested a better way to complete my transaction! Now keep in mind the stuff here is brand name and higher end than, say, a Marshalls, but I still found a ton of good deals. I saw higher end brands like Tory Burch, Birkenstock, Democracy, and more. I got a $200 free people dress for $35! It's now definitely worth checking out and could be dangerous... I got so much stuff!

Went in today their first day of opening. Store was well stocked with pretty much the same brands…read morethat are standard to NR. The store had many employees helping on their first day. Staff was made to stand at the entrance to welcome the customers super sweet. So for people who have been to NR it's definitely a couple of notches above TJ Max but the model is similar. So there is section for male, female, kids clothing and shoes. They also have a home section along with jewelry, make up, perfume, sunglasses and handbags. Lots for everyone. This particular one has lots of parking and very centrally located. Prices are fair to the brands they offer. Oh I forgot they also have some snacks right near the check out. I was a little disappointed to see there wasn't much of a deal section in the entrance. I loved how they moved most of the holiday clothing towards the front of the store rather than spacing it out in all of the individual sections. It made it fun to walk in and see all of the Christmas gear. I was happy to find that the inventory on the app seemed to match what was in the store and was able to find everything I was looking for.

Avoid this store!! I went to Fleurish Home to purchase Jolie paint to paint my kitchen cabinets…read more The sales person sold me 4 cans of paint and a paintbrush for over $150 knowing I needed to test the paint on my cabinets before painting my entire kitchen full of them. Once I tested the paint I decided to use a different brand and went to return the unopened unused paint and they wouldn't allow me to. I'm sure the salesperson works on commission and tricked me into purchasing more than just a sample size knowing I couldn't return the rest. I spoke to the store manager and owner and they said "sorry, we will not do anything to help you". Obviously I wanted my money back but said I would take a store credit and still they wouldn't help me. I was pregnant with 2 toddlers so they knew I didn't have all day to stand and argue. Again, avoid this store at all costs.
