I just wanted my couch taken care of. they are not nice people. I just needed them to make it right, as things are not cheap. Now they want to charge me almost 200 if they have to keep coming out. the repair guy and one of the owners said it cost them too much to keep coming back. what the heck. I did hang up on them because I m just frustrated with companies not taking care of their customers. I would not buy anything again from them. If you want junk and supposedly professional service then there's your place. I definitely stay clear and don't shop there. And they are very patronizing I can't stand that. Just a drop of water on a microfiber cloth. Of great importance, if one of the chairs should be damaged, (very unlikely)you can just order another one. I have seen numerous complaints from customers of large furniture stores, stating that when they wanted a replacement, the item was no longer available. That's a big advantage in ordering custom handmade furniture.

I asked the cashier if she would be able to give me a discount on the rolling cart. I really didn't want to pay the full price of $59.00 for an defective item. She looked at me and said: I will not discount the cart but you are welcome to buy yourself some paint or a white marker to repair it. Ok- so let me summarize. I am paying the full price and then go out to buy sanding paper, paint etc to make the item look like new when it was supposed to be new at purchasing? I've also run into the issue of HG only having one item in stock when I need two (i.e.: a set of matching lamps or pillows). Can't say that's their fault, just something to keep in mind.
