Finally I had to ask for my money back because TEN WEEKS isn't enough time for them to deliver one sofa. I do not recommend Unclaimed Freight.

It was Tuesday evening December 20th. After having to ask one of the four salesman to come help us (no other customers in the store) these are the highlights of our experience. We were told (all with a dismissive attitude): 1. They don't have a way to measure children's sizes even though they sell children's shoes. 2. They don't know how to read different children's sizes. (i.e. 2 VS. 10W). Instead, just continued to read the numbers on the labels to me. 3. Their children's shoes don't have Velcro. (Not, I'm sorry we're sold out of children's shoes with Velcro or something else more plausible.) I have worked in customer service for years, and I would have never treated a customer with such a flippant and dismissive attitude. If this was a new hire, coworkers can be asked, there's always smartphones and Google, and there is simply 'I'm not sure, but let me find out for you.' When I was working in a new field, I had to say this a lot. In doing so, I learned about the industry and gave my customers a positive experience. We put back the shoes we had found and hurried out the door. I really hope this was a fluke experience, as buying shoes from Rudolph's has been a tradition for my family whenever we came together.

The aisles are very close together, but I've noticed that about every DG I've been to. They try to pack everything in. This location keeps their shelves pretty well stocked and organized. The clearance bins are always a mess and there isn't always a price sticker on the items, but that's the fun of clearance, right? The 'find.' There is one area that is always an awful mess. Sadly it's right by the register. It's always just stuff piled there and looks like the inside of a hoarder's closet. It blocks some clearance stuff and their line of Husker items. Very few 'fresh' groceries here. I never buy anything that isn't a dry good/non-perishable. It just doesn't seem very...well, fresh. No produce at all. Parking lot on one side and street parking on the other. Lot is usually clean. No public bathroom available. Staff is always nice. I'm usually greeted and helped when I need it. Friendly people. I have experienced their registers shutting down more than once. And if the place is busy the employees seem frazzled, but it's rarely busy.

At checkout the BOGO was not given. We told your associate that the towels were on sale and the sign said BOGO she did not know what to do and a gentleman associate came over to help. I walked him back to the towel section and showed him the sign. Went back to the check out and he told the girl that the towels were BOGO. Well now neither associate knew how to adjust the price on the register. Then another associate came to help.I a get it was a BYGO sale. She then was told by the associate who saw the sign that they were. She had me walk her back to the section and showed her the sign. She said oh no this sign is not right and the towels were on sale but not BYGO. I said but that's what the sign says. She took the sign down and said well they are not do you still want them? I said no! As my daughter and I walked away, ALL of the associated were laughing at us, yes laughing. Do you think they were laughing because they won the dispute or they were laughing because they just didn't care that the customer is never right at your store? Any way I guess the signs mean nothing, the help means nothing so I will shop elsewhere.
