I asked for solution. She said I could try placing another order. WHY would I want to spend another 15 minutes doing that, when the result is guaranteed to be identical. I asked her to solve my problem, not tell me why HER system failed. After 10 minutes on hold, she came back and told me, oh, I don't have a way to fix this. If I would've shopped at Petco right next to Bomgaars I would have paid a ridiculous price for the same food at Bomgaars. Good thing Bomgaars is easy to walk to by foot! I will no longer shop at Petco for rabbit food anymore unless Petco has a deal or has something... that Bomgaars don't have in stock. I do shop at Petco for my other animals too, but if you need rabbit food that is cheap I highly recommend shopping at this Bomgaars location! I do love shopping at Bomgaars for my tools too. Man oh man don't even get me started on Bomgaars tool collection it's so large & so many tools. I love just walking around the store just to see everything they have too! I can barely get myself to even look. Such a mess. Bathrooms are ok. If you don't need to go, don't go. Wish they had more benches located around. And I can't seem to locate help much. Especially in the hardware and houseware areas. They have a small arcade, a glasses place, small salon, and small cell phone store inside. Their 'fresh' meat counter is a joke. I also have to really pick and choose fresh produce from this location. Not always the best. Dry goods and frozen products are priced so well. I actually find myself (if I have the time) coming here for half my grocery shopping and then going down the road to HyVee for produce, meat, milk, and bread. Usually really good about having cashiers available, and they have a self-check out that has about 6 kiosks. Photo station never seems to be open. Shoe aisle is a mess. Like, always. Lots of parking. That's nice. And their auto area has always been helpful.

We returned the cards and the receipts to my aunt so she could take them back to the store. When she did, Customer Service first told her she should have known the card was different because she got it from the electronic section. She did not. She wasn't asking for cash, just an exchange for different cards. Then she was told that buying the wrong card was her problem, not Walmart's. So rude! I don't live there so I couldn't go to the store directly so I wrote corporate customer service. After a month of no reply, I called, explaining the problem and asking for an accommodation or exemption. After three calls, I was told corporate could do nothing. I would have to call the store and ask for help. The manager of customer service was no help at all. I know when there are problems stores have leeway to make accommodations when they want to. In this case, they are falling back on the claim that exchanging gift cards is against policy and THAT'S THAT. No desire to help the customer. We have been Walmart customers for decades, all across the U.S. If I did live in Siouxland, I would never shop at the store on Cornhusker. Francis A.

This smallish grocery store (by our spoiled SoCal standards) reminded me of grocery stores when I was a little kid: no big fancy displays, no gimmicks, no 10¢ a grocery bag... just a clean well-stocked grocery with nice folks running the joint. There is a low glass case at the meat department and--get this-- butchers working back there! Fresh produce and cold drinks, soft bread, and enough sugary junk for the kids... a couple of bags of ice and we were back on our way: mom making sandwiches on the truck center console, and kids rattling chips bags in the back seat. Can't imagine when we'll find our ways back here, but glad my brain has files away a memory here of a nice little grocery store. Is this heaven? ... it's Fareway.
