I would call the store to see what was going on and twice was told that my sofa would be delivered in two weeks. Twice the two weeks came and I was told it would be ANOTHER two weeks. Finally I had to ask for my money back because TEN WEEKS isn't enough time for them to deliver one sofa. I do not recommend Unclaimed Freight.

It was Tuesday evening December 20th. After having to ask one of the four salesman to come help us (no other customers in the store) these are the highlights of our experience. We were told (all with a dismissive attitude): 1. They don't have a way to measure children's sizes even though they sell children's shoes. 2. They don't know how to read different children's sizes. (i.e. 2 VS. 10W). Instead, just continued to read the numbers on the labels to me. 3. Their children's shoes don't have Velcro. (Not, I'm sorry we're sold out of children's shoes with Velcro or something else more plausible.) I have worked in customer service for years, and I would have never treated a customer with such a flippant and dismissive attitude. If this was a new hire, coworkers can be asked, there's always smartphones and Google, and there is simply 'I'm not sure, but let me find out for you.' When I was working in a new field, I had to say this a lot. In doing so, I learned about the industry and gave my customers a positive experience. We put back the shoes we had found and hurried out the door. I really hope this was a fluke experience, as buying shoes from Rudolph's has been a tradition for my family whenever we came together.

Well now neither associate knew how to adjust the price on the register. Then another associate came to help.I a get it was a BYGO sale. She then was told by the associate who saw the sign that they were. She had me walk her back to the section and showed her the sign. She said oh no this sign is not right and the towels were on sale but not BYGO. I said but that's what the sign says. She took the sign down and said well they are not do you still want them? I said no! As my daughter and I walked away, ALL of the associated were laughing at us, yes laughing. Do you think they were laughing because they won the dispute or they were laughing because they just didn't care that the customer is never right at your store? Any way I guess the signs mean nothing, the help means nothing so I will shop elsewhere.

When I tried to enter my own and use the coupons I clipped she kept saying hers would be a better discount, which it wasn't. She had to completely redo the entire transaction only to be shown that my membership number gave me a much better price. The whole thing took over 20 minutes and she kept remarking about how slow the system was. It seems to me that she clips every coupon on her account and then loads her own personal number in for each customer in order to scam the system and get points off of customers purchases and get cash back that should go to them on her account.
