I needed new stretching bars on a canvas that I had ordered. Not only did the gentleman order the wrong sized bars in the first place, but he don't follow through with calling and he didn't put anything on the back to hang it with since I had also ordered a new frame from them. (A costly one at that.) In addition to no way of hanging this print up, I noticed that the canvas was very flimsy. It wasn't tight at all and in certain lights, it REALLY showed! I took it to the Sioux City location and Brandi noticed right away everything that was done wrong, (including the stretching bars being put on backwards! I went there hoping to have them put something on the back so I can just get it up on my wall to her literally taking everything apart and redoing it all! She spent one hour on it and it is perfect! I can not thank her enough for being professional, kind and just plain knowing her stuff!

And of course there's really nothing I NEED at this store...it's all want. Haha But their stuff is so cute! And typically there's sales and always coupons. The cashiers almost always make sure they have spare coupons to use on ya. But, speaking of cashiers, I don't always find them too friendly. I asked a girl for one of the bigger bags the other day for my 2 larger picture frames and you would have thought I asked her for a kidney. I never really needed to ask for help from anyone on the sales floor. I've just never needed assistance yet. (No fabric cut, frames made, etc.) Huge parking lot. Bathrooms are clean. Waaaaaay in the back if you're looking for them. I love their throw pillows.

Cards are a decent price, none different than anywhere else. But if you want a collectible it'll cost ya. Sometimes they do clearance tables with some decent stuff, but they jack in their prices. If you DO buy a collectible the help is good. They'll even wrap it for you if you say it's a gift. Takes a little time but they do a good job. I LOVE their ornaments. They do sell cheap candy. And they're good about asking you for your Hallmark card. They do not accept coupons that aren't printed, so don't try to show one to them on your phone.

They had a great variety of merchandise ranging from Rainbow Brite to Christmas ornaments and other things. And the service has always been exceptional. I was planning to buy a Rainbow Brite and Twink Christmas ornament as a gift for one of my sisters for her upcoming birthday in the next three months, which is set to be released ten days after the 4th of July this year, but now with this particular location closed (which is in a shopping center closest to my house), I'll be buying it online instead.
