I asked him if he could just order the item for me. I gave him the order # off the TJ Maxx bag it came in. He said there is no such # in the computer so I will have to reorder it and then request a refund of shipping. This is so frustrating. His lack of help is just unacceptable. I have liked the spicy Pork Rinds Chicharrones, Banana Nut bread, Garlic bread, spicy Hummus, certain sausages, skirt steak, certain frozen pizzas, certain beers among other things that I have bought here. While there was a line already forming for one cashier another offered to help me at their counter so I wouldn't have to wait as long. I appreciated the fact that they noticed I just had one item so it didn't make sense to wait like that while the other shoppers had much more to purchase. I just wanted to be in & out, which I was able to do thankfully due to this kind cashier. See what I did again? Gobble gobble. On top of that, I noticed my information on my rewards card needed to be updated & that it needed to be replaced since the barcode was all faded, so the cashier was nice enough to take care of that as well. They were patient enough to let me place my rewards card onto my key ring when all they just needed was for me to insert my card for payment. Not sure if you'll ever read this, but "Thank you Maria" for your customer service going above and beyond for me. I can honestly say I was cared for.
