Bc what I'm here now you already scanned it , bagged it & entered my number. Then the damn female going to get an attitude & tell her manager "she said really" yes bitch really! They tried to intimidate me. She asked if I was my full name & I Then said Val... she proceed to say my full name & spell it out with my last name as well. When I called to speak to a manager...Girl please. please don't forget it either. What is wrong with y'all. Then she's trying to gaslight me & say I'm confused was it In the clearance isle or was it a mobile price! Omg what the hell! Not even worth it at that point. I'm not intimidated I'm pissed! If she didn't have such a nasty attitude & wasn't being conniving about the situation I wouldn't have even called but calling did me no good! Shelves are back to being a mess. WHAT HAPPENED? Couldn't get anyone to do our passport photos so we left and went down the road to Gurnee. Got our photos done, store was clean and organized. Went to leave and I think she was a female manager and a guy in a suit. Probably her DM were up front talking and I said as we were leaving, have a nice day, female manager said thanks you to. The guy didn't even look up and say a word. I worked in retail for 38 years and I was a Divisional that covered 508 stores and now retired. Sara Power's incompetence was on full display as she mishandled my prescription, causing delays and errors that could have had serious consequences for my health. Her dismissive attitude and lack of attention to detail were shocking and completely unacceptable. Not only did Sara Power fail to provide the basic level of care and service expected from a pharmacist, but her rude and condescending behavior towards me and other customers was downright disrespectful. It was abundantly clear that she had no regard for the well-being or concerns of those she was supposed to be helping. I would strongly advise anyone in the Gurnee area to steer clear of this Walgreens location and to avoid any interactions with Sara Power. Her incompetence and lack of professionalism have no place in a customer-facing role, and I would caution anyone in need of pharmacy services to seek assistance elsewhere. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not wish it upon anyone else. I have learned that this pharmacy can compound custom medications for people and pets, including flavored options for animals (!!!). Surprisingly there are lots of toys and candies (at child level), greeting cards, sodas as well as gift items and medical supplies. So bring in your kids, your elderly parent, your dog (maybe?), your spouse. I must find out more about these flavored meds for pets.

The site shows that my "sample has not been received" at the laboratory. It also says that samples are typically shipped via overnight delivery to the laboratory. So what happened to my sample? Then when a little extra work was needed by pharmacist, he was inadequate. I see same in other reviews. Really pathetic that someone who went to school to indirectly help people with their medication doesn't want to do that unless it only involves pushing a button to dispense medication. I see other reviews where they reported him to the Board of Professional Regulation. I did same for refusing to coordinate with my Dr and perform basic required pharmacist skills. I try to give the small guys some business, and this is why we use cvs or walgreens. They provide basic customer service.
