My order was delivered elsewhere. Right apartment number, wrong street address. When I contacted customer service they asked me if I could go and get it. If I were going to go out to get my groceries, I wouldn't have ordered them for delivery! And at the point I saw the email that they had been incorrectly delivered, all the meat I had ordered would have been sitting in the Texas summer heat for a half hour, if they were even still there! I don't do delivery very often but it hasn't been a problem in the past, and now they want to make it my responsibility to go on a search and rescue for wayward groceries?! No. Now I am having a hard time with their customer service over a refund, because it "was delivered". Doesn't matter that it was delivered to someone else and I have to run to Kroger in order to make dinner. Other Tom Thumbs in the metroplex are 10 times better than this location. Surprising because of the area that it is in. I have had nothing but problems at this location. They should check out the one on Glade, to see how it is done.

They had Olive trees for $9.99 and well I got 2 hoping they survive the heat. I bought some of their Frozen Cod Fish and Breaded Halibut hope they taste good. Just looking for protein options when I need something quick. Their produce and flowers are my favorite departments. I see people walking out with buckets of flowers and I assume they are making their own arrangements. The flowers are affordable for sure. Th hardest part of shopping here is the parking so bring your patience.
