When I politely asked where the item was, she just sneered and said, "I DON'T KNOW!" Honestly, it was disappointing, and I wish I'd caught her name so I could call her out properly. We've been thinking about moving to Williamsburg, but after that experience, I'm not too impressed--outside of Colonial Williamsburg, that is. If you haven't been, Colonial Williamsburg is a must-see and should definitely be on your bucket list. It's great for kids of all ages, from toddlers to teens. And don't forget to get the tri-tickets so you can check out Yorktown and Jamestown too--they're amazing!

She stopped what she was doing to take me to where they were. It was a good distance away. I asked another employee, Jess, for help finding Hard Cider. Same thing. Stopping what she was doing just to help me. Finally, the cashier Amanda, went above and beyond to put rubber bands around my cakes, double bagged the heavier groceries then used a Wegman's Card that would save me money. None of these ladies had to go the extra mile. But they did! Hats off to these ladies. I will be going back again!!
