Do NOT order pick-up from this store…read more I'm disabled and can't drive so I order my groceries online and have someone pick it up for me. I use several Weis stores in the area and usually have no issues except with the Brunswick store. There is ALWAYS a problem. Fist time, when I got my groceries, two bags of groceries that I paid for were missing. I called the store and somehow the associate knew exactly what I was missing. He offered to have them ready for pickup in 510 minutes. I had to send my person over a second time. Then there was still about $20 of groceries missing so I complained on the corperate website. Generic E-mail from the assistant manager and there would be a $20 gift card for me that needed to be picked up in the store. Finally they agreed to mail it to me, very rude store manager and of course the gift card could only be redeemed in the store. Second time, when I got my groceries again there were groceries missing like eggs, but this time I was not charged for them so I let it go. Third time, I ordered online, 24 items and 7 items were missing. I had my person go in the store and all these missing items were available in the store. Complained to corporate again and this time no answer from the store at all. They don't seem to care at all. So if you rely on grocery pickup, do NOT order at thi store. Their pickup service is terrible and the store management could not care less and is rude. Go somewhere else.

There's one lady that follows people around in the health and beauty section until they leave it or she convinces them to buy something so I try to avoid shopping when she's working, but everyone else is lovely. Shelves are usually well stocked, the produce and deli are great, the store is clean, and the prices are the best you're going to get in Purcellville. The pharmacy, I beg of you go literally anywhere else because they're wildly incompetent. My husband, like most Americans who do not work in healthcare or haven't cared for a chronically ill family member, is somewhat healthcare illiterate and placed his trust (unfortunately) in this pharmacy team. Our 7 y/o has the sniffles so he came into the store asking for Children's Sudafed (the real stuff, not the phenylephrine you can get from the regular aisles.) He was "helped" by Nichole who asked how old his baby was (since when is that age measured in YEARS) and after staring blankly at a shelf of medications, asked someone else for help. The person she asked for help NEVER came to speak to my husband but handed a box of pills to Nichole. My husband didn't even think to verify if it was pills or liquid because *Children's* Sudafed doesn't come in pills. We promptly returned to the store to return the incorrect medication we were sold and the person Nichole asked for help was, disturbingly enough, the pharmacy manager Honorine! Honorine proceeded to snap at us that my husband didn't specify liquid and seemed quite irritated that we were upset with HER med error. Marieta was pleasant in helping us and attempting to process our refund but when she could not, Honorine was called over and SHE had no idea what to do. If someone is a manager, you'd think they'd be able to handle a refund but Honorine continued to display her knowledge deficiency and impatience and had to call a key holder from the front end to handle the refund. Hannah arrived promptly and handled the return well with Marieta. If either Honorine or Nichole had simply said "Sorry, we don't carry/are out of stock/don't have Children's Sudafed," my husband and I could have moved in to another store but they were so greedy to make an unnecessary sale, they wasted everyone's time and energy while demonstrating a gross unprofessional conduct and ineptitude along the way. Thousands of fatal medication errors occur in the US annually and millions of non-fatal errors occur every month--I wonder how many come from this pharmacy. TLDR: Giant's great overall but I'd sooner drive to another state than EVER trust their pharmacy again, even with the simplest transactions. Of note, while some children as young as five or six can take pills with some coaching, it has not gone well with my child in the past and especially when she's got a sore throat, it would have been a lost cause. Hence why we asked for the *CHILDREN'S* version, which only comes in liquid. :)

I've been going to their stores for over a decade in the northeast where they go by "Stop & Shop" but share the same logo. With most of the same products and no fuss shopping experience. They carry a lot of products I can't find at Harris Teeter like pink beans and some international products. They have good deals Always registers open and self checkout always goes quick, and isn't extending into the actual aisles like at Harris Teeter. Always a lot of employees working and familiar faces that have been there for years.

No Are you going to be wowed with amazing bougee ethnic or organic finds? No Are you going to wait to checkout because the self-checkout scanners work like a good hall of fame hitter, where they get a hit one out of every three tries? Yep. With that said, for a town and area of this size, it is a full-scale store that offers a little bit of everything so if you're staying in a cabin fifteen miles away and this is the nearest grocery option, at least you can hit it all at once. I found a big brand almond milk chai I hadn't seen elsewhere, but I also got some basics. And the price was not bad for what I got. I assume people must be driving from surrounding towns to shop here, and without going to Frederick, you'd struggle to find a better option for food shopping.

This is somewhat of a smaller Walmart that I have been to, and this is one that you can tell was built back in the 90s and not torn down and replaced. Evident by the front of the store where the carts are stored. Pharmacy was off to the left of the one entrance and, as this is a theme, smaller than expected. And busy, it made it hard to browse and select items, almost always someone was in front of you or blocking an item. Especially if it was the aisle that forms the line leading to the pharmacy counter. On top of that, workers are milling about filling the shelves. So another obstacle to overcome. After what felt like an eternity, I had everything that I wanted and a few other items that I didn't necessarily need. Made our way to the front of the store to the self checkout lines. It took a while to get to an open register. I had to do two separate transactions and being able to do so without a line directly behind me, made it easier. However, being eagle eyed by the three employees hovering around the self checkout area was a bit unsettling. Finally paid, made our way outside and back on our way for the day.
