The interior is nice, and the speed was quite quick. The issue was the quality of the food. The bread on the turkey sub was stale. The tortillas were also hard. And the fries were soggy even when they arrived to me. I do expect higher quality food during my Sheetz runs. I also think the franchise as a whole underwhelms when it comes to burgers. I talked to the man in the store and he told me that their pumps don't turn off automatically and basically it was too bad for me! The gasoline was going down a drain under my car! Apparently the guy is the owner and I told him I've been pumping gas for over 40 years. Every single pump shuts off automatically. He's got it set up so that if you don't turn it off it overflows and you have to pay for it. Very dishonest owner.

Now in my home area we have Walgreens all over the place, it didn't dawn on me that it's not the same here until much later. There was an associate helping a man sign up for the rewards so he could get the lower price and I just typed my number in, like whoopty doo! I get there and there's no one in the kitchen fixing anything. The cook/manager shows up and says she had a meeting and too many people were asking questions so she forgot to make my food. After getting it, I go to pay and get an outrageous price. When I explained I had a simple combo, it took them all ten minutes to figure out what to charge me. By the time I got to pay and get out of the store, I literally had 3 minutes to try and eat my sandwich, which was thrown together like slop, and my potato wedges that looked as if they were a week old. It's a shame that a business that was really good has now joined the ranks of sloppy and lazy.
