I needed to ask her to print me a receipt because it didn't print one out as I had asked on the pump. They do not have public restrooms available. In fact, they don't supply bathrooms for anyone including customers. This was generally a frustrating experience. Except that I was able to buy gas. Upon arrival, only six of each item had been fulfilled. When I inquired, I was told the manager would not allow the employee to complete the order because the store "does not fill bulk orders." I then asked if I could enter the store and purchase the remaining items myself and was told yes. However, midway through shopping, the manager stopped my husband and me and informed us we were not permitted to do so. When we asked whether multiple individuals could come in to purchase the items separately, we were again told no. This was both surprising and disappointing, as your store has allowed this same annual ministry purchase for several years during Thanksgiving and Christmas. The manager's conduct was unnecessarily rude and showed no empathy toward the community members our ministry was trying to assist. Based on this experience, I will no longer be shopping at this location. I will also definitely be contacting corporate tomorrow.
