We went to the one off 71 to return/exchange an item bought just the day before.Return policy is without a receipt which we couldnt find,they will let us do an exchange.Associate lady in customer service refused to let us do that.Mind you we are standing right next to the big Walmart blue billboard stating their return policy. She advised us that during this covid pandemic Walmart WILL NOT accept anything back without a receipt! My husband got infuriated&stormed out of the store after a few words to the associate.At least he had the mind to call management from our vehicle&was ready to let them have also... Long story made short is manager said that was incorrect. During this pandemic the only thing unexchangeable without a receipt is clothing and food items. We promtly returned&got our exchange.No telling how many ppl this employee has turned away!
