I went to the pharmacy to ask…read moreabout an OTC item, used in conjunction with a medication I have been prescribed & taken for years since leaving the Military. Before I could finish my sentence, while simultaneously showing my prescription, she interrupted and said "No, we don't have those". That's weird because it's a very common item. The Tech gave me the look like she's lying but had to go through with it. She said we have been out of it for over a month. Funny, because my Caucasian neighbor literally went there 2 days prior to me going, and go the same item that they were "magically out of for over a month". This Pharmacist is racist and clearly has a chip on her shoulder. Possibly got an unfair advantage when getting admitted into Pharmacy School ("D"idn't "E"arn "I"t, strikes again) Then, after leaving, I received an email from Walgreens asking "how they did". I surely left as detailed as a response as possible. A few days later, received a phone call from a San Antonio number, who identified himself as the District Manager. This guy seemed like he was just "going through the motions" and didn't actually have sincerity in his responses. Then acted like he magically was surprised. What? There are SEVERAL negative reviews all dedicated to this Pharmacist. Best advice, go to a different pharmacy establishment all together. NOT RECOMMENDED. 1 out of 5 stars.

I Was a regular shopper at the HEB in Bastrop. Then I moved to Georgetown and was a regular shopper at the 3 HEBs in Georgetown! While staying in Lockhart, this weekend for a family wedding, I went to the local HEB. It wasn't the HEB, I'm use to shopping at. It was much smaller and older. That part wasn't a big deal, because Lockhart has a smaller population and that store has been in the same location for a long time. I went in to grab some flowers to bring to a local friend of mine, that invited TV (The Villain, my husband Ray) over for a BBQ. I was also going to grab strawberry shortcake fixin's. I went to pick out flowers and half of the selection was wilted. There was a young lady vacuuming the floral section, that clearly saw me waiting to peruse the rest of the flowers. She took her sweet a$$ time vacuuming. I patiently waited. When she was finished, she shot me a snotty irritated look. I'm not sure if she was mad that she had to vacuum or that I patiently waited. This is NOT the customer service I'm use to receiving from HEB! That was the first time I saw an HEB employee unhappy to be working at HEB! I was as confused as a fart in a fan factory! (Personally I've always dreamed of working at an HEB, if Ray aka TV (The Villain) divorces me. I would move myself right back to Texas and work at an HEB) The good news is, this HEB carry's a lot of my favorite HEB products! They carry my Cobb Salad, that I use to eat at least 3 times a week! Their tortilla chips with Sea Salt! Their Ice Cream is to die for!!! Their coffee! I could write a novel about HEB products, but I don't have time. Bottom line; HEB has great prices and products! Not overly friendly, but there is also a high customer density in this area, so it's understandable that they get tired of putting up with demanding people after awhile.

After waiting there for several minutes, one of the techs sent me to a different counter. I waited there for several more minutes, only to be sent to yet another counter. I finally got the medications! There were at least 6 staff members behind the counter. This new system that's being used is a nightmare. I guess it's to help provide better and faster customer service. Whatever it's designed to do better has failed. I still remember the days of bringing in a paper prescription, handing it to the pharmacist or staff member, and waiting a few minutes for it to be filled and a label was attached. Paid and left. Quick, easy, and efficient. Whoever designed the new system needs to see it in action, rewrite it, or get help. I'm nobody, but I'll bet many customers don't like the system and would like the old system back. I like CVS. It's close and convenient. But this new pharmacy system is going to have me checking for alternatives.

We watched person after person use the check-in machine and get called back before us while we continued waiting patiently for about 45 minutes. At that point, we spoke directly with the tech and explained that we were there for a urinalysis and really needed to go because, well, kidneys don't exactly wait politely. She told us she would get us in after the patient she was currently seeing, so we trusted her word and stayed. Then that patient left, and instead of calling us back, she called someone else. She then told us, "I know I told you that you could come in after that patient, but this other person has an appointment, so all appointments have to go first." The issue isn't just the wait time. The issue is communication and keeping your word. We did not know appointments were required or strongly preferred because nobody explained that to us when we checked in. Had we known that from the beginning, we could have made a different decision instead of sitting there for nearly an hour believing we were next. I understand businesses have policies and schedules, but clear communication matters. Trust matters. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dismissed, and because of that, I personally will not return or recommend this location unless someone already has an appointment scheduled ahead of time.

They did not call in any pain medications after the procedure and she spent all weekend pacing waiting for Monday to go back into the dentist to make sure nothing was wrong. Anyway I mentioned to the technician that if they could fill this quickly my wife was in the car waiting in pain. They had the prescription ready in about 5 minutes! I was very pleased and will fill all our prescriptions here from now on.

I was waiting for a while because the doctor hadn't sent them the prescription yet. They kept refreshing their computer and notifying me ("still don't have it!").
