Why do they bother to contract with big companies and then not staff their pharmacies? Even when there are 8 people standing around you still have to wait for prescriptions called in at least 24 hours beforehand. I just don't get it. read more

This pharmacy is frequently out of prescribed drugs. The pharmacist is unable or unwilling to help.

They were busy when I arrived . I had a prescription for my wife who was waiting in the car in pain to point of crying after a dental procedure a few days earlier. They did not call in any pain medications after the procedure and she spent all weekend pacing waiting for Monday to go back into the dentist to make sure nothing was wrong. Anyway I mentioned to the technician that if they could fill this quickly my wife was in the car waiting in pain. They had the prescription ready in about 5 minutes! I was very pleased and will fill all our prescriptions here from now on. read more

Cynthia was very rude! I was there 15 min till closing and I was there before a guy that chose to cut me,and she chose not to help me but helped him and still had the audacity to smile and say come back tomorrow with an attitude the other lady tried to help me but Cynthia closed the medicine isle so she made sure I wasn't helped. I switched to this pharmacy and I am so glad I did. They are always fast, helpful, and kind.

This pharmacy is so ridiculous. Our doctor called in an RX for our son and instead of notifying us or the doctor they just waited til my husband came in then told him "it's out of stock, it'll be in stock tomorrow." No offer to transfer it or help at all. I called them and the guy had a huge attitude with me, and said no CVS has this VERY COMMON antibiotic in stock- even though this isn't the medicine our doctor said was "in a shortage." The guy with the sparkling personality told me I should "just transfer it to HEB". Listen, I understand it's the holidays and you're slammed. I know customer service jobs suck but you're messing with people's health here. If that RX is out of stock the doctor and I should've been notified immediately. So me and the HEB pharmacy did the legwork to get the medicine transferred because they are magically not "out of stock". To top this off their hours are weird and they are closed at inconvenient times, terrible at sending notifications on refills, and not helpful at all in person or via phone. read more

I have lived in Kyle for a year now, moved my pharmacy needs to the CVS in Target, Kyle Center. Don't go to this CVS. They are terrible, slow, and rude. I went thru the app on Sunday to get a refill, didn't take, did it again on Monday. Didn't hear a thing by text or email until Wednesday. Text "Said doc wouldn't refill". I called and ask why it took 3 days to get this news, person on the phone said, "I don't know call your doctor". I tried calling the last 3 days and the phone just rings. Every 3 months I have gone thru rude employees, and long waits even when I was the only one in line. The Target Store itself is great, the CVS is terrible. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them. read more

If Cynthia was so rude then why'd you get so pressed when it was past closing and you weren't able to get your medication for your kids even though she suggested for you to transfer it so that you can get it filled. If you can read time this location closes at 7 on weekdays and at 5 on weekends. I was there and arrived before you and so did the guy with the blue shirt. Where were you 15 min before closing? The guy behind me (blue shirt) did not cut line you simply weren't in line you were with an older woman and your kids. Stop trying to paint the picture that you were not helped simply for no reason, you weren't helped because you not only arrived late to allow enough time for the people in front of you to be helped but also yourself. ZERO STARS!!! My son has a double ear infection, he literally begged me to take him to the ER (he's 4), prescript was sent over about 4am, around 11:30ish they said it'll be ready an a hour. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Terrible service; slow, and understaffed. The tech at the front is rude and condescending (I don't know his name because I don't care to look but he's a tall, lanky idiot). The pharmacist is obviously overworked as I've never seen her lift her head from whatever she's doing. I'm genuinely surprised there is a review that says they filled a prescription quickly because that has never been my experience with this location. The only reason I go to CVS in the first place is because my insurance won't cover the cost of my medication elsewhere (what a scam). I'm almost at the point where I would rather pay full retail price than return to this sad excuse for a pharmacy. Seriously, if you don't want to leave angry, don't go here. Also, don't bother calling; you'll be on hold for no less than 10 minutes. This location is as awful as the people working there. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

I am moving to this area and was looking to transfer my prescriptions from an online pharmacy subscription service to this location. Let me start off by saying, I used to work in pharmacy, I used to work for retail, etc etc. I know what is and *isn't* normal for both pharmacists/technicians and customer attitudes--In no way did I deserve to be rudely SNAPPED AT on the phone by the pharmacist when I tried to give her a fax number for my other pharmacy. You'll have much better luck filling your prescriptions in Buda, where they'll take a fax number and other pharmacy info without being incredibly unprofessional about it. Way to make an impression on a new neighbor/potential customer. Will NEVER be filling here. I'd rather pay out of pocket elsewhere. read more

Called with questions regarding my prescription. After holding for almost 15 minutes, the pharmacy manager Cynthia sounded annoyed and rushed to get through the call vs try and help me understand the questions I had. I explained to her I had a funeral to attend out of town and I wanted to make sure I had my seizure medication before I left. She was cold and not helpful. There has been several occasions where she is rude and seems overwhelmed. Me Being a manager in customer service for 16 plus years, in my opinion, she is not someone that should be around people especially customers who are concerned about getting and needing their medications on time. She made it seem like she ran the place and no one was above her and hung up the phone on me. I made a complaint through email and also spoke to someone helpful at another location who offered to pass this on to the district manager. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this. read more

One of the worse pharmacies I've been to. My family and i are new to the area and my daughter's pediatrician had sent her prescription to a different pharmacy and when I arrive they informed me that they didn't accept my daughters insurance so they told me to go to CVS and they would transfer my prescription I called CVS and they told me that they would call the other pharmacy so they could transfer my daughter's prescription and fill it. well when I went into the pharmacy they told me that they only had one of my daughters meds which wasn't the one that she need it right away I showed her where my doctor had prescribe my daughter two different medication and the tech was so rude stating that I would have to call the other pharmacy so that I could confirm that they had the other prescription so that I can let CVS know that they had it, very very rude, unprofessional. read more
