Funny, because my Caucasian neighbor literally went there 2 days prior to me going, and go the same item that they were "magically out of for over a month". This Pharmacist is racist and clearly has a chip on her shoulder. Possibly got an unfair advantage when getting admitted into Pharmacy School ("D"idn't "E"arn "I"t, strikes again) Then, after leaving, I received an email from Walgreens asking "how they did". I surely left as detailed as a response as possible. A few days later, received a phone call from a San Antonio number, who identified himself as the District Manager. This guy seemed like he was just "going through the motions" and didn't actually have sincerity in his responses. Then acted like he magically was surprised. What? There are SEVERAL negative reviews all dedicated to this Pharmacist. Best advice, go to a different pharmacy establishment all together. NOT RECOMMENDED. 1 out of 5 stars.

While staying in Lockhart, this weekend for a family wedding, I went to the local HEB. It wasn't the HEB, I'm use to shopping at. It was much smaller and older. That part wasn't a big deal, because Lockhart has a smaller population and that store has been in the same location for a long time. I went in to grab some flowers to bring to a local friend of mine, that invited TV (The Villain, my husband Ray) over for a BBQ. I was also going to grab strawberry shortcake fixin's. I went to pick out flowers and half of the selection was wilted. There was a young lady vacuuming the floral section, that clearly saw me waiting to peruse the rest of the flowers. She took her sweet a$$ time vacuuming. I patiently waited. When she was finished, she shot me a snotty irritated look. I'm not sure if she was mad that she had to vacuum or that I patiently waited. This is NOT the customer service I'm use to receiving from HEB! That was the first time I saw an HEB employee unhappy to be working at HEB! I was as confused as a fart in a fan factory! (Personally I've always dreamed of working at an HEB, if Ray aka TV (The Villain) divorces me. I would move myself right back to Texas and work at an HEB) The good news is, this HEB carry's a lot of my favorite HEB products! They carry my Cobb Salad, that I use to eat at least 3 times a week! We watched person after person use the check-in machine and get called back before us while we continued waiting patiently for about 45 minutes. At that point, we spoke directly with the tech and explained that we were there for a urinalysis and really needed to go because, well, kidneys don't exactly wait politely. She told us she would get us in after the patient she was currently seeing, so we trusted her word and stayed. Then that patient left, and instead of calling us back, she called someone else. She then told us, "I know I told you that you could come in after that patient, but this other person has an appointment, so all appointments have to go first." The issue isn't just the wait time. The issue is communication and keeping your word. We did not know appointments were required or strongly preferred because nobody explained that to us when we checked in. Had we known that from the beginning, we could have made a different decision instead of sitting there for nearly an hour believing we were next. I understand businesses have policies and schedules, but clear communication matters. Trust matters. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dismissed, and because of that, I personally will not return or recommend this location unless someone already has an appointment scheduled ahead of time.

Not to mention that they couldn't balance my tires because the ONLY person that does it, called in that day. Then, they made me pay the $40 of "road hazard protection warranty" even though I am a Walmart+ member and it was already included with the installation. I called the San Marcos store and they told me they accepted walk-ins but because I already had an appointment, IT WOULD ONLY TAKE LESS THAN AN HOUR, to balance my tires. I left Lockhart, risking my life with half work done, to the second nearest Walmart in San Marcos, so they could balance them. When I arrived at San Marcos, I told them everything that happened. They said it was negligent from the other store to even offer me to install my tires if they were not going to balance them. That it was dangerous to drive with tires unbalanced. And they also told me that Lockhart couldn't do it because they ran out of weights, meaning I was also lied to. They went ahead and refunded the $40 I paid but it appeared that my balancing appointment at Lockhart WAS CANCELLED by the store. So, they accommodated me in. The worst part is, i waited 5 HOURS to finally get my tires balanced. NO ONE NEEDS TO WAIT THAT LONG FOR A 1 HOUR SERVICE. They didn't offer anything to make it better, they just said it was unfair to me and that was it. Very unprofessional, negligent and this is unforgivable. I hope management sees this and make necessary changes to the way they manage their automotive services. A total of 7 HOURS it took to install and balance my tires. UNBELIEVABLE!
