On May 27, 2025. My dog and another dog got into a skirmis at the dolce vitas dog park. On May 30, 2025 It happened again. That same day the other dog owner file a complaint with management. On June 1, 2025, I got a call from dolce vita management stating that my dog bite the other dog owner and I was told that this was her second offense, therefore she was forwarding it to the ownership group. I met with management on June 2, 2025. They then told me again that my dog bite her, and they had already file the complaint with the ownership group on May 30, 2025, during our discussion I was told she got scratched not bite. On June 6, 2025, I received legal notice from managements attorney notify me that dolce vita plans on evicting me. In reality I was never informed until after the second offense and had no warning of such a policy. I was never asked what happened or given a chance to present my side. Managements never even confirmed the accusations, they simply forwarded an unsubstantiated complaint and decided to start eviction process. It basically means that anyone can file two complaint simultaneously on your dog and you have limited options. I am moving as fast as possible, they have such a long list of rules it ridiculous. this is not a dog friendly place, the dogs are gathering in a 40x40 foot pen (listed for small dogs). The large dog area is twice as big, but because it over 100 degrees, with limited shade, all the dogs and there owners are condensed in area that is to small. Aka suggest the minimum area for a dog park is one acre (43560 sq ft), we are using 1600 sq ft. In the 1600 sq ft there was @ a dozen dogs and 10 people compacted into @100 sq ft of shaded area. If you have a dog or not this place is so restrictive it like being high school and manager thinks she is the principal. We are adults, but when management treats us like children, adults start to act like children. management has created distrust between community members and instead of solving or discussing a problem they file one sided complaints that evict each other. read more

Slum lords. I deal with multiple properties that they have. They refuse to fix serious issues in many of these locations. Ranging from plumbing issues to water and even electrical issues. Not to mention that several of the trailer parks have people living in tents and on top of that they are charging then the full price of a lot. Some of these locations literally need to be condemned. read more

Perfectly maintained Senior community!!! Friendly like the Midwest, but located in Apache Junction. Haven't bought in there yet but am looking at several resales. read more

Thank goodness I'm out of here. You are told what you can plant how many plants. You can't fly a flag of your country. They have Canada flag at front gate. Lot fees are more than mortgage. Your views are of their dumps and trash containers. You pay for all events. People are rude, the office girl speaks to you like your a child. Weed killer in dog pen. read more

Just to let you know your lot rent is $800 a month with sewer, water, garbage even when you are not there and water is shut off. On top of that is electricity. Not a good place for a snowbird unless you are rich. read more

This was probably the only objective review of this place, and Yelp places it in the "not recommended" category! Just more evidence of a lack of ethics. This Community, under it's current management is continuing to head steadily downhill. I wouldn't recommend considering this Community without first talking to multiple residents, especially those who are members of AAMHO. And, also take a very close look at the infrastructure (streets, landscaping, landscape lighting abandonment, etc.), and Common Facilities (locker rooms, kitchen, carpeting, etc). Drove through this senior living location. Very impressed. Went to one open house - really enjoyed meeting the owners and couldn't believe how inexpensive it would be to buy here. Tempting for sure. read more

We bought a home here in Feb 2015 after looking in a number of other parks in Mesa and Apache Junction. This park does not allow RV or 5th wheelers. They do offer free parking area near the rear gate. The unit we bought was fully furnished with fairly new furniture. The lot has an orange tree and a grapefruit tree. The unit is 2100 sq feet + a two car grange, workshop off the grange and a huge screened in AZ room. The only negative is the monthly lot rent. The club house is awesome with a great library with wifi and a large selection of books. The swimming pool is large. The also have bocce ball, pickle ball and tennis courts along with schufle board courts. read more
