If valet doesn't take trash, they should really take it off people's rent, not keep over charging people for stupid things. They also charge you $3k almost $4k to move out before your lease not matter what you are going through (life change, job change, financial change, etc). Staff is really nice and so is maintenance. I just do not recommend Mark-Taylor. Too expensive. They charge too many fees.

We also feel that the office staff is very easy to talk to with questions, concerns, or just personal relationships. The maintenance staff has also been very helpful when requests have been made through the Community App. They go above and beyond to keep the place looking good and are very proud to do it. All staff here work extremely hard to make this a great place and we try hard to also do our part to keep the place better than how we find it! This is a great community to live and we love meeting our neighbors to support one another. This place is highly recommended by my husband and I.

He never once followed through on anything, and he accused me of being the problem. He accused me of stealing the wheelchair that I bought on their demand, and claimed he had video evidence. I'm sure he did see me take the wheelchair out with my mother, but that's not evidence that I stole the chair. They did return the money after I called them out 2 weeks after they stole our money. I'm still going to have to go to small claims court for the services that they documented that they didn't do. If you love the person you are caring for, then DON'T GO HERE!

She did the paperwork but we even had to interact with other realtors that wanted to show the home. We were stupid enough to use her again to sell us a house. We thought we would give her a second chance. She lives in Mesa, we bought a house in the west valley. She promised she would come over here to show us homes. she came over one time. It got really awkward when another realtor would show up (from a different company) and talk to us about how Kate was going to split the commission with them and ask how much we were approved for. she tried to make us come to her house on a Sunday night at 8pm to sign paperwork when my husband had to go to work at 2am! I had to teach her about docusign and ask if we could email and fax. its like she had no idea! She refused to come here more than 1 time! We finally called her boss and told him we were having problems with her. I don't think its professional to send texts and emails at midnight when we're sleeping. He did nothing, so we called his wife(the owner). They got upset with us because we went over their heads to get this problem solved. we had to fire her in the middle of our sale. she became friends with the people that were selling the house and we got screwed in the meantime. The things that we wanted fixed (binser)never got done! There was no one to protect us as buyers! when the sale finally was finished, some ones little old grandma brought us the keys to our new house! I have no idea how many people had keys to the new place because Kate had involved too many people. well one week after we moved in some one used a key(or garage door opener) and robbed us! Kate is VERY unprofessional. You would be wise to choose a different realtor.
