She was very friendly and we had a group meeting or she shared some of the community food which was delicious. There were several residents in around the community when I was there, and they all seemed to be happy and well cared for. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, as well as very attentive to everything that was going on around her.

(I was horrified with other places when I was touring assisted living facilities). The staff is wonderful. If there is ever a concern or need Lori or Mike address it immediately. I also switched my dad to the in house doctor for Brookdale and she is wonderful and nice! It makes my life so much easier to have the doctor and cardiologist come to my dad's room instead of me having to drive him around, get his wheelchair in and out of my car, lift him in and out of my car which hurts my back, etc. It is also super convenient to use their pharmacy which saves me time. The caregivers are nice and Brookdale calls me immediately if there is a concern about my dad. The food is good and the head chef is amazing! He is super friendly and caring. I visit my dad about 3-5 days a week so I have a good idea of what Brookdale is like. I also lhow my dad's room is close to the laundry room. If I need to throw in a load of laundry it super convenient. Overall, I am pleased with Brookdale!
