My daughter was visiting and we tried out a new place and have been hooked ever since. She loved both the Italian ice and gelato and my boys keep going back for gelato every week,some weeks even more. My husband loves the carrot cake too and I've been enjoying the large variety of chocolates. but what really brings me back is the amazing customer service the owners Michelle and Dave provide and how they always take the time to care for each customer. I've never seen my shy kids enjoy talking to "strangers" do much. I hope someday to get a group of girlfriends together to do one of their paint nights. Although their gelato is delicious their help needs serious attention as it is horrendous. Went in tonight as we do often on our Marco trips. The girl working looked at my family as we walked in and said nothing even after we said hello. She proceeded to make waffle cones or bowls for a good 6-8 minutes. She then began banging things around and slammed something loudly on the counter and walked over to us. She stood behind the counter and simply stared with a raised eyebrow. She never said hello or sorry for the wait or even what can I get you. It was quite unbelievable. She was beyond nasty and unprofessional. This is not the first time we've seen this behavior just the first time it was directed at us. This business needs to strongly consider an employee that's friendly and enjoys their job. No one wants to be treated this way when they're a patron in a store. I'm sure it said employee of the month with her picture on the wall too. Amazing gelato! My kids (ages 3&4) are always wasting ice cream when we get it for them. They LOVED the gelato and did not waste a drop of it. Literally just stood in line for 20 minutes and got ignored for a party of five when I had a simple one item purchase to make. Then another party walked in and instead of asking me what I would like started serving the other party. Never been so insulted in my life. Went to BeeBe's instead. We tried the dessert and wine bar for the first time. It was a really nice atmosphere. The host, Deborah was very welcoming and took the time to explain all they had to offer. Been here several times each time has been worse than the last. The first time the girl assisting me was incredibly rude and never smiled. Store was empty but I had to get her attention several times. Second time the man who said he was the owner would not stop jumping into the group I was with conversations about products. Third time and final was when I saw bugs in the gelato and a girl scooping out just the bits with bugs in it but still serving the product. Extremely unsanitary and horrible customer service for very overpriced garbage. Way better chocolate shops in the area. read more

We went for the fudge but ended up with 4 gelato's. The staff was really nice and let us try a couple samples- which was good for our kids. They don't always have the flavors listed on the chalkboard so be sure to look at the actual options. Between us we had a very fresh waffle cone with Dutch Cookie Fudge, bowl of Tahitian Vanilla, bowl of Triple Chocolate, and bowl of Strawberry Cheesecake. They all were very tasty. Stood in line for 15 minutes and was finally approached by a lady with a name tag of "manager" and a look of disgust in her eyes. She asked how she could help and I replied I'd like some fudge. She replied with "no one is forcing you to wait in line for fudge" without helping me further. With that I said "you're right" and walked out. After being approached in the courtyard with a "20% off coupon for your entire bill"we finished our meal at Davinci's and decided to Drop by for a wine and chocolate in small lounge set up in back of store with our 20% off coupon. Stated "20 % off total bill". Menu had wines /3 beers/ a few champagnes and a few coffee's . We wanted to each have a piece of chocolate with our drinks. They don't have it . Guy stated he had 6 pieces of assorted chocolate truffles and we could take the rest home. We just wanted a taste. Nobody wanted truffles. Ended up ordered 1 piece of fudge to split. When check came he took the coupon and only offered 20% off of the one piece of fudge we ordered. That was served with 2 forks for 4 people. No personality. Very misleading. Figure out what you guys are doing back there.. Offer a chocolate selection at a price per piece. Maybe have people pick a piece then come back? read more
